I have never written a bad review before but I have to say I was less than pleased with this hotel. We were shown our room, the panorama room on 3rd floor. It was a fine room as the previous writer described, but it obviously hadn't been heated in days. It was so cold we didn't get it warmed up... more

I read reviews of this hotel on other travel forums and everyone said great things about the property. I was surprised that nobody had bothered to write a review on TripAdvisor.
