Everyone was very helpful. I needed a doctor and they set it up ...no problem...also a great doctor.. We needed someone to translate for us...no problem...We wanted to golf at the last minute...no problem...We didn't have a car so when we asked how to get here or there...they always took the time to be sure we had the best way... more

My wife and I were stopping over for a night, and as it was the end of our holiday, we decided to spoil ourselves by spending it in this wonderful looking property. We booked a suite for one night (weekend) for over 200 Euros - thinking we would get luxury. When I first arrived at this hotel, I was stunned.... more

great location ;lovely surroundings (forest ,golf) rooms are very desapointing : the rooms near the spa are bigger but bed linnen is appawling (old blankets like in a poor student room)the reniewed ones are definitively too small( we were asked 60euros more for one with no bath) however very clean; the restaurant "etoile" is great ,great buffet with good wines... more

Fantastic week-end ! Staff: Very eager to meet client's needs. There are never problems, there is always a solution. I never met a rude staff member during those 2 days. Each time they came up with a solution positive to the client Location: very calm, surrounded by the forest + golf course. But you need to have a car Hotel:... more

We stayed here for 4 nights as my fiance had a conference here. I would agree with many of the posts of tripadvisor so far. The hotel was nice to look at as we drove in, but the room was very standard, nothing special at all. The service was just OK throughout the restaurants, front desk, etc. We did eat... more

Very nice countryside setting can't hide the fact that this hotel is very much aimed at conference visitors turning up in bulk. The bedrooms are fairly non-descript and the service patchy at times (especially during mealtimes, when English was definitely not spoken). All facilities need to be booked in advance, including the mountain bikes - which doesn't make for a... more

I was part of a group of golf travellers, the organising company of which booked us in to the Dolche Chantilly hotel in Chantilly, France. The website of this 4 star hotel looked impressive and as it is situated in the middle of countryside, we would surely be in for a quiet and restful long weekend. On arrival at the... more

Just got back from a short stay this weekend (aug 06). First impression of this hotel; fantastic. Lobby, grounds, (smallish) pool area, golf course - all great. Breakfast and dinner at Etoile was in one word excellent - dinner was worth the 40-odd euros pp and which included a few glasses of wine, and you don't usually get breakfast like... more

Stayed for a long weekend golfing trip. Room good value but not spacious. Beers and drinks off the scale. 12 Euro for a large beer (0.5 litre). Rediculously expensive. If you venture into Chantilly the hotel taxi will charge you 18 Euro each way for a 5 minute trip, max 4 passengers. Care though, few other taxis about and none... more

My husband and I got a 100 euro special deal as we stayed on a Friday night. I have to say I didn't think the room was worth 100 euros. The view was really spectacular but the room itself was more a 3-star than a 4-star room (the hotel says it is a four-star establishment). The bathroom was very standard,... more
