The hotel is located on the outskirts of Falaise close to an exit from the main road, with a Leclerc and Lidl supermarket and McDonald's closeby. The centre of Falaise is just over a kilometre away. It has ample parking. It is a fairly typical Ibis with 2 floors and a lift. A little on the expensive side unless you... More

There is probably a good reason that this Ibis Hotel does not have a picture of their rooms on their website. They are in desperate need of an update! We like the Ibis brand, but will not stay here again unless they update their rooms and get rid of the gross orange carpet and mint green fixtures. The beds are... More

This hotel is most unexpected. It is part of a large chain, but has the atmosphere of a small, family owned business. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always smiled when they spoke. The rooms are nothing special, but they are quiet, comfortable, clean and well designed. Ours overlooked the lovely gardens at the back. We had an... More

Arriving late evening in Ouistreham, we had booked an overnight here. We arrived at around 11.30pm and left at 8am the next morning, breakfasting on the road. The staff were helpful, the room clean and the bed comfortable. Couldn't fault it, and the location a couple of minutes from the AutoRoute perfect - we got to our friends in the... More

We stayed for a short period at the Ibis Falaise in late January and found the staff (and the hotel generally) excellent. Rooms are warm and comfortable and the food very good. The staff were particularly helpful and efficient. Well done!

We have stayed here a number of times and have always found the hotel exceeds our expectations. The staff are always very friendly and the 24 hour bar very useful in a town that can be very quiet late in the evening. The hotel is located on the main road heading north out of town, a pleasant 10 minute walk... More

The Ibis chain never fails us. Very well situated hotel. Usual clean rooms. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable room. Good breakfast too. We had a room overlooking the car park, so could keep on eye on our parked car, but the car park was well lit all night! Very pleasant friendly staff.
