The staff is simply incredible. I have never met such a dedicated and helpful hotel staff before and I travel quite a deal in my job. They helped us get tickets for a Depeche Mode concert that was supposedly sold out, they arranged for an extended stay with very short notice and their conduct through-out our visit was simply fantastic!... We just spend 1 night at the Teater Hotel in Horsens. The hotel is clean, new, modern and the personal very welcoming.. but the hotel has absolutely no charm. There is no mini bar in the rooms.
