I stayed here in transit for one night in June, having selected it at random from the web. It was truly the best airport hotel experience I have had in many years. The staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful, including with some special requests. I was only there for one night, but the room was extremely comfortable, amenities thoughtful and... more

The rooms are really very nice. The lobby is comfortable and the restaurant has very pleasant views of a small park. While my room left nothing to be desired, the menu in the restaurant is very limited and seems more like slightly extended room service. Quality of food was not good and when I had finished my cremated cheeseburger with... more

We loved this hotel. We stayed the night before taking an early flight to London and were very, very pleased. I booked based on "Trip Advisor" reviews which were spot on! We were happy with the room which was very comfortable and a good size. Separate tub and shower added a touch of luxury. Really nice for an airport hotel.... more

This is the best hotel to stay at in Brussels, by a long shot., Clean with every comfort, the staff are great, the bar staff are extremely helpful The only downside is the restaurant. The food is appaling. Rooms service bizarrely is fine, but the restaurant is shocking, The seafood in particular is a horror, the salmon full of bones,... more

Was here for one night on business, very fresh and new hotel. Very nice and clean hotel, full of well thought out details. Example is the sounds proofed window system, which allows you to still open the window, and keeps the noises of the airport away through a sophisticated ventilation system. Great business facilities in room. Room service menu was... more

the hotel was excellent. Administrators - helpful and speaking foreign languages without lashing. Location -excellent if you'll use the airport, bad - if you came to see the city center. ( because I chose this hotel as it was the nearest to the airport - I was satisfied with the location) Food in the restaurant - In my opinion, the... more

I found every complimentary review previously written to be accurate. The one thing I found lacking was a coffee shop with mid-price food. But the sandwiches served at the bar and the tables around it were an adequate substitute. more

The location of this hotel is very good, within the "inner circle" of hotels closest to the airport. The only better option in this respect is the Sheraton, which is literally connected to the terminal. You can't walk from the Crowne Plaza to the airport, so grab one of the frequent shuttles. I don't know when the hotel was constructed,... more

Excellent choice for an overnight stay if you are arriving on a late flight or departing early. The room was large and comfortable, with a view over the local park (request a parkside room). Food in the restaurant was adequate. The staff was very helpful, especially in finding some misdirected luggage on the arriving flight. more

A newish hotel close to the airport. The internal design is very spacious and modern - there is a great sence of space in the lobby and the restaurant. It is very attractive. The rooms are also spacious and decorated modern - I did not hear any noise from aircrafts during the evening and the night. I stayed two night... more
