Business trip over two nights, minor faults which in no way effected my stay, first rate front line staff correcte the matter stright away........but should this have been the case in a 4* hotel......? must say the price was high, overall not a good a value for money option. more

The swimming pool was lovely, as was the food; the room and customer care, however, were dreadful. We were kept waiting upon arrival as the room wasn't ready, and then the receptionist couldn't be bothered to pass us the key himself!
