This is a fantastic guest house near Wokingham station. The accommodation is bright, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I stopped here for a couple of nights as it was convenient for work and I was very impressed with the standard of accommodation. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals and cooked breakfast beautifully prepared. Warneford House does everything it... More

I used the Warneford Lodge B&B for a quick over-nighter whilst away on Business in the area. I was put in room 6 or 5 which is out in a converted Garage with an en-suite shower and apart from the room having a twin single beds (only room left) it was spot on for what i needed. i was glad... More

The guesthouse was recommended to us. It ticked all the boxes and couldn't fault a thing. Easy to book from Paul replying to my enquiry so quickly, lovely room with big bathroom and crisp white linen, to a excellent breakfast with just the right amount of food and chat! Would use again and recommend to others.

I wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to anyone. I stayed with my girlfriend for a Saturday night. We agreed we would both be happy to stay longer. Breakfast on a Sunday was 8-9am, which seemed fine. Easy parking outside. For: bid double room, modern but sparse feel (modern furniture, wooden flooring), very comfortable bed, powerful shower in clean bright, well-ventilated bathroom,... More

Situated within walking distance of Wokingham town centre this small family run guest house provides comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. The rooms have a certain Spartan, minimalist feel, wood flooring, white walls and en-suite shower room but were to my taste and the bed was very comfortable. I must admit that the world of B&B is a new one... More

Had a great night here earlier in the week as I needed to be in Wokingham early in the morning. I arrived late (10pm) and the owners were awake and happy to welcome me and were very helpful. I had a lovely clean room (single en suite) with towel provided, there was a kettle in there too with little teas... More

I stayed at the Warneford following a recommendation from a client in Wokingham. I booked to stay for 3 nights whilst working in the local area. My stay was very pleasant and the family who run the Warneford were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with en suite shower, TV and tea/coffee making in the room. The cooked... More
