Stayed at Hilton bromsgrove for two nights with my husband last weekend, first thing we noticed that you had to pay to park which I think is cheeky, checked in at reception the lady behind the desk was very helpful and polite room was ok but struggled to get in and out of the bathroom to get out you had to wedge... We stopped at this hotel as we wanted to visit Solihull, it situated just off the M5 as was easy to find. Staff were helpful and polite, and breakfast service was great. Also the 12pm checkout time is amazing, especially travelling with the family.

Stayed over for one night en-route to Yorkshire dales. On the whole it was more than acceptable and would definitely recommend it. Service was excellent and the room was superb. Could not fault it. If you are Hilton Honors Gold member the perks are even better – free breakfast (better than the usual), free Wi-Fi, complementary drinks – superb! Would... More

We stayed on a Saturday night, 2 adults, 2 kids for £50. We had a nice big room, spotlessly clean. We used the swimming pool and sauna and really enjoyed it. The bathroom is old fashioned, and the beds are very firm, but it was well worth what we paid. The parking was an extra £5. The staff were all... More

At what point did the person who buys beds for the Hilton group ever lay down on these and say, "Yes, this feels like a sack of rocks and sounds like a harpsichord. We'll take 200"? We've hardly slept all night and I was more comfortable sleeping upright on the sofa. Oh, and when did making guests pay for parking... More

Thanks for your feedback after your recent stay with us, your time is appreciated. Apologies for the bathroom, they are quite small. Opposite to the bedrooms which are very large. Glad the team in the hotel looked after you, I'll be sure to let them know Thanks once again for your time, Michael More

I stayed here for the weekend with my husband and 2 year old. We stayed in a family room with x2 Queensize beds and a cot was provided. The room was basic, but decor and cleanliness fine. Bathroom WAY too small. Only bearable because as a family we don't close the door... others might find they knock their kneecaps off... More

Like many reviewers I think the staff are excellent and the rooms are big, but the bathrooms let the place down. They are so old fashioned with the poorly lit sink outside the room where the toilet and bath is, and the bath door requires contortionist levels of skill to navigate. If they just ripped the bathrooms out and started... More

Thanks for your feedback after your rectn stay with us. You are right about our big bedrooms and our smaller than average bathrooms (but we don't usuaully spend a lot of time in there). Our wifi is complimentary in public areas and as we use BT Openzone for our 20MB facility, many people log on 'for free' as they use... More

We stayed one night at this hotel march 31st if all you are looking for is a place to sleep this is ok but for anything else forget it. So rooms are clean and good size but design of ensuite is lousy basin is outside and you have to squeeze past door to get to bath and loo. We had... More

Thanks for your observations after your recent stay with us. We appreciate your time. You are right, our bedrooms and a good size, 30% larger than the UK average, but our bathroom design does lend to a smaller than average bathroom size, although every room has bath and shower in it. At busy holiday times and weekends we can easily... More
