We booked this hotel simply because it was midway between us and some friends and they have a dog. It's standard fare for such middle of the range Hiltons. Convenient for M5, M42 and M6, and tourist attractions like Malverns, Worcester, Black Country museum etc. Our room was larger than usual but the bathroom was dated. Didn't use bar and... More

We enjoy staying at the Hilton hotels, but this one let us down. Grand entrance, but that is all you can say is grand. The room was clean but the bathroom was very tired, I think they should all be revamped. The breakfast was ok but again not up to the usual standard. Very disappointing.

Once again we enjoyed out visit to Hilton Bromsgrove. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent too. The gym was excellent too, very friendly and helpful staff and immaculately clean. In general the hotel is situated very conveniently to visit lot of venues in and around Worcestershire and Birmingham whilst being situated in quiet... More

Stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding. All staff really efficient, polite and friendly from reception to the great guy on the bar. Courtyard at the back a bit scruffy and definitely needs the patio cleaning, sweeping and generally the planting refreshing. The front of the hotel could do with a bit of attention too but isn't too bad... More

The hotel is a bit tired in to rooms, they need a make over and aircon. But, the price is very low, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the gym is very very good and the breakfast was excellent. At the prices charged you won't get better. The drinks at the bar were pricey, but I can't remember many hotels... More

We were booked in for my parents party here and decided to have a room for convenience and so we didn't have to worry about driving home. Best decision ever! The rooms are clean and comfortable and on the larger side for the standard Hiltons. the refurb since my last stay has really made a difference. The breakfast was really... More

Nice hotel with good gym and pool facilities and nicely furnished large rooms but the whole experience let down by: High cost of "extras" (parking fees - £5/night, Dog - £20/night, bottle of water - £4) Noisy beds, noise between flimsy walls and through room doors with gaps at the bottom

Stayed here a few times but have had challenges on previous stays. This stay was much better. I stayed as part of a conference booking and my overnight stay was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was of good quality and there was plenty of choice. It seems like the team there have had some customer service training because most... More

We picked this hotel to be close to friends we were visiting the following day. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, gym was modern and well equipped and the pool area was good. On the downside the corridor was noisy, especially due to guests from a wedding being very loud. The bed in the room was also very noisy,... More

Place is showing it's age but service and staff were really good, a lick of paint and a little refurbishment would make it excellent. carpet was in need of attention in the room (needs re-stretching). meals were excellent and sevice was very good.
