I stayed overnight whilst attending a conference on May 15th. The receptionist who checked myself and colleagues in was very professional and helpful - she also checked us out the next afternoon and was as pleasant as expected.
Had a greal meal in the restaurant after arival, and room was very clean, spacious and tidy.

I stayed here away on buisness. The facilities were poor for a standard bedroom so offering a £25 pounds up-grade I thought would be well needed. I was dissapointed when it just happened to be a larger bed and seperate shower to bath in the up-graded room.
