I went for a weekend theatre break to London and this hotel was included in the coach companies tour. I was very impressed by the hotel and could find no fault. The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff were nothing but couteous and helpful . I would gladly stay here again. more

The hotel is a good basic for business travellers. Facilities could do with a facelift and perhaps an updating is needed in the bedrooms, esp, the tv's with the digital switch over occurring soon. Room service menu is pricey but ok. Staff friendly and efficient at reception and gym staff know their stuff. more

This has got to be the worst hotel i have stayed in. Its overpriced for the standard apparently 4 or 5 star, i think not. The whole place is dirty, the staff are all rude and arragant. The leisure centre looked like something you would find in the basement of a hostel, absolutely disgusting. more
