On arrival the house looks empty, you have to call a number or walk across the road down a side path to the pub, once in the person tells you all you need to know is in the room. The room itself is basic, it has a fridge and microwave. The bed is comfortable enough, the place needs a good... More

If you want plush decor, modern bathrooms and fluffy towels then, sure, you better book somewhere else but you will HAVE to pay for it. Nothing is free, you get what you pay for so it does annoy me a little when people feel they should have much more than their money covers in reality. My experience was very good,... More

The photographs I saw before booking turned out to be of the Admiral Cunningham pub across the road. This is a big house converted into small bedrooms with ensuites. We arrived to find what looked like a abandoned property, no one there you have to go to the pub to get the keys. The room wasn't ready but someone let... More

I generally wouldn't write reviews but after reading what others thought dating back to 2009, their has been no improvements!! Cold tap not working in the bath ( I stayed here with my four year old daughter ) this is not acceptable! Bathroom needs a scrub, mould in places and updating...The bedroom on the other hand was well equipped, clean... More

The room had a comfy bed. That really is all I could say of this Establishment. I was slightly /actually rather appalled at the room that I was given this time ... The room (single) Room 9 . TV above the door as you entered with wires running down towards a plastic (keep tidy ) strip, very shabby. Small room... More

Got handed keys from the pub and left to our own devices. Found the guest house over the road. Our room was on the 1st floor. Was told there was no full English breakfasts at weekends but we're not told this when we booked. Effectively the breakfast was a sliced loaf in the fridge, some butter and jam, tea bags/coffee... We were looking for a place to stay outside of London the night before a flight out of Gatwick and this was great. We stayed in an ensuite double bed room and it was marvelous. Very clean. Nice modern flatscreen TV. Very clean bath and bed linens. We really appreciated having the tea/coffee making equipment. Easy to find location. Very... More

I stayed at the Admiral's Inn for a working weekend in Surrey. I wanted something affordable so I chose this as it was a good location between my two destinations and it was cheap at £50.00 for 2 nights. I arrived at the hotel which was quite easy to find, and there was plenty of parking at the front. The... More

This has to be the worst guest house my wife and I have stayed in. Very poor state. Mould in the bathroom, dirty mouldy grout, no cold water for shower, wife scolded herself, mould on bedroom wall. No reception, no full breakfast at weekends. Kettle looked dangerously wired up. Door lock faulty to the room. Took ages to open up.... More

Had gone to stay there with friends so could participate in an event nearby. I would say it is good for overnight journey. I believe in what you get is what you pay. The location is idea. There are couple of restaurants nearby. The weekend breakfast is self service
