Stayed here before so I didn’t expect any problems – room was excellent, staff very friendly and surprisingly the rate I got was cheaper than the Travelodge. The only down side was the lack of parking spaces outside which resulted in me having to park in Charles square which is not easy to find since the road closures This was... More

Considering your options are limited this is by far the best hotel in Bracknell. The rooms are nice and clean but not very spacious. The bathrooms are fine but I felt the showers were really narrow and a little hard to get in and out of. The hotel restaurant had a decent menu but I actually felt the bar menu... More

After walking up the broken escalator, then through the urine stained passageway, up the multi storey car park ramp (dodging the pigeon poo) we finally walked into the hotel. Must be the worst first impression a hotel could give. Then the reception and duty manager had an argument over who had cancelled my room - eventually resolved. The room was... More

We are sorry that your expectations were not fully satisfied on this occasion. Bracknell is currently undergoing regeneration. The escalator was out of order for a short while, this is now fully functioning. We have contacted Bracknell Regeneration Partnership and Bracknell Forest Council in relation to the ramp and multi storey car park which are their responsibility. More

Hotel itself seems nice, not many designated parking spaces for a hotel of that size, so be prepared to use the city centre car parks instead. Exterior, look a bit travelodgy. Decor in the rooms, a little dated, but the bed and desk chair were comfortable enough. Breakfast - was average. Having stayed in a lot of hotels in the... More

Everything in the Grange Hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and very quiet. The heating system was simple to use and actually worked! The lobby, bar & restaurant were all very, very clean and well maintained. All of the staff during my stay were fantastic and all offered to go out of their way to help. The food... More

We had another great New Year's Eve at the Grange, We had their package of early check in, room, evening buffet and late breakfast. They really made the ballroom look lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have entertainment as well they had "Wildcard" Casino Entertainment, with a very funny and clever Croupier. For the first time they... More

Don't be put off by the exterior....the room was very nice! Lovely big room with mini bar and separate bath/shower. Ordered room service for dinner and although a little pricey, the food was excellent. Reception area was very nice and the staff friendly. The car park costs about £5 to park I night but just factor that in to cost... More

Stayed in August 2014 as part of a Legoland and London holiday. Don't be put off by the entry through a carpark or shopping centre, this leads to a very nice, spacious reception area with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Room was fine, although the a/c was a little noisy. Buffet breakfast superb, didn't eat inthe restaurant in the evenings but it... More

Service at this hotel is good. Nice welcome on checkin and ok atmosphere in the bar. However the rooms are very old and the ac is loud and inefficient. The rooms are freezing at all times. It is a it of a shame for a hotel that has aperture good geographic location.
