Wonderfully designed suite with spa like quality was spacious. Rainforest and environs lend a zen quality to even the briefest stay. Everyone seeming very smug about staying here- including us. Soak in the jetted tub in the minimalist sleek bathroom. Good amenities and thick towels add to your bath. Joann tended personally to the hypoallergenic changes to the suite. Extras... More

Mum and i have had a lovely stay. 5 nights in this beautiful place, how lucky are we. It has been really relaxing just what we needed. Accommodation, food, massage, the deck, gardens and a special mention to the wonderful staff who helped make our stay even nicer. We will be back.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel for a conference. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant quite good, pool area nice, staff reasonably attentive. Car parking on sit,e nice tennis court. Walk to the beach is nice and the rain forest surrounds are refreshing. Only complaint is the hotel is a little far from the beach

Excellent layout with boardwalks through rainforest to small groups of accommodation pods. Decor is fabulous, sliding walls and shutters for full privacy or open to the outside. Loved the verandah setup at main restaurant/spa/gym pool area. Lounge in comfy sofas with happy hour drinks, heater if required, blanky and game of scrabble, looking out to greenery= truly a relaxing break... More

A great place to getaway for a few days. Very welcoming and attentive staff, especially the Restaurant and Guest Relations Managers. Some nice touches to the stay with resort activities and market tours with the Chefs. Rooms are pleasant, spacious and functional. Privacy available across the resort. Excellent dinner although Breakfast needs to be improved or the price reduced to... More

We did not know what to expect but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we have had. So relaxing and with an amazing atmosphere. Having travelled from the UK we had heard a lot about Byron Bay but not much about this resort. All the facilities were great and we ate there on all 4... More

Talk about bliss. Cosy, modern rooms in rainforest setting. Beautiful grounds with an abundance of subtropical rainforest birds, plants and lotus pond. Beautiful pool, spa and fine dining restaurant. Beach a short stroll away or main town byron a ten minute bike ride or use the free shuttle bus on offer. Now one of my favourite resorts in the world.... More

If you want a luxurious escape in a picturesque environment with personable and efficient service then this is worth the expense. We booked for 2 nights and right from the moment we arrived we were treated as valued guests and we were also upgraded to a Deluxe Spa Suite. Well furnished with plenty of room and storage space and the... More

My wife and I booked in here for a three day baby moon, staying in a deluxe one bedroom. I haven't been to byron for years and my wife had never been. Three days was perfect, very relaxing, walk to beach and just outside town. I'd rent a car though. Day spa was also great and had one of the... More
