We stayed in this hotel for a week with my girlfriend in June 2015. We had a seaview room, which turned out to be a gamble rather than an upgrade from the basic rooms. We had made our reservation 2 months, before arriving and requested then a room from higher floors (we knew about the street-noise problem on the lower... More

So let's start with the positives. This place is cheap, it was £40 a night for a double room. We were making a flying visit to Malta for a friends wedding and figured we'd be spending very little time in our room anyway. Oh the power of hindsight. You certainly get what you pay for and some unpleasant extras (I'll... More

I was a bit concerned having read some trip advisor reviews, but we really couldn't say anything negative about the place! Perfectly clean, new towels everyday, great location, helpful and polite staff! If I was going back I would certainly stay again and I would happily recommend it to anyone! WiFi was also very good.

When husband and I arrived at St Julian's Bay Hotel, the process was quick and easy. The lovely man who does most of the shifts during the whole day fulfilled our request to get a double bed rather than two singles. It was an awkward moment at first when he said that we had no request for a double when... More

Seen and read a lot of mixed reviews of this hotel and I think some people have been over picky. Sure, every hotel has their faults but for the price of this hotel (less than £200 for a week) it is good value. The room I stayed in was clean, tidy and fairly spacious for travelling alone. The shower cubicle... More

We stayed at St.Julian's Bay hotel for 4 nights and the overall experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Pacheville (Malta's main nightlife area) and also very well located in terms of public transport (there are many bus stops around the hotel, so it is very easy to go from the hotel to the... i highly recommend against staying in this hotel. there is poor sound insulation and we were kept up all night by road noise. my wife had a rash or bug bites on her and could not stop itching. she did not have this problem before we stayed here and the problem went away immediately when we left. the rooms are... Stayed there last week, went with a group of friend for a hens weekend. We booked two rooms and as soon as we arrived we regretted our choice. The elevator is very small and slow. One of the rooms had a modern bathroom, although the room was small, balcony was tiny and overlooking a run-down building. The ceiling had stains... More
