I stayed in these serviced apartments last week for three nights and I just found the whole experience completely hassle free and so comfortable. I was in Sunderland on business and as there are no real hotels there I decided to try this as a much closer alternative to staying in Newcastle. I was greeted by a lovely girl called Haley who couldnt do enough for me, I had a beautiful one bedroom apartment fully equipped with everything you would expect in a servced apartment. Like a home away from home! And the bonus is a fantastic Italian restaurant accross the road that do take outs. Perfect!

I have to also add that as a girl, I like my luxuries and this apartment didn't disappoint. The beds were so comfortable, really soft sheets and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lots of pillows and blankets too. They supplied everything you would expect in a hotel and more.
