We were blown away by how pretty Roker is (the suburb of Sunderland where the guest house is located) and the b&b itself was brilliant. The room... More

Recommended by a fellow Villa fan, I booked up in the week so we could stay on the Saturday night after the football. John is a really top bloke, very helpful and makes a mean breakfast!! Our room was great, my lad loved it and decided he wanted to live there!! The area by the Sea Front is just lovely.... More

John is amazing! Perfect location, super friendly and inviting. You can tell when someone has a passion for hospitality, and he truly does. Very nice rooms and facilities, can't wait to come back with my family. Wish the Wifi signal was a bot stronger though. very challenging trying to keep in touch with family.

Right on the sea front with excellent view. Would choose this over the Best Western a few doors up which we have also stayed. £47... More

I stayed for a couple of nights in the Chaise Guest House and loved it. The owner is a local guy called John - a really welcoming chap. The Guest House is warm and cosy and offers relaxation - the rooms are comfortable and have tea, coffee and kettle. My room had an ensuite with a hot shower and a... More
