Large hotel right outside the center of Røros. We stayed in this hotel for a wedding party, and had a great wedding dinner with delicious food, outstanding service and great wines. The rooms are a bit out of date. I have stayed in this hotel earlier, about 15 years ago, and the rooms look pretty much the same today. The... More

The hotel has a beautiful view above the centre of Røros. We had a pleasant stay with very good service, staff is nice. The breakfast buffet is one of the best hotel buffets I have seen. It had lots of local food, and I liked that they served local yoghurt and butter instead of the ordinary ones. The evening buffet... More

Room was clean, furnishings and bathroom fixtures ok. Breakfast was a good variety with some very fresh hot dishes. Hotel is located on the highway, away from the centre of the town - easy to access if you are driving, and away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre in the evening. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

We are very thrilled to stay at this hotel with the personell you have. A happy group of personell :-) We also like the swimmingpool, all though it could have needed a total cleaning. We will come back!

My two children (age 2 and 6), my wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during Easter Holiday. We had a very nice stay and the children loved it. Røros Hotel was originally build in 1951, but most parts of the hotel has been neovated since then. Two new parts haves been added in recent years; conference... More

Stayed here 1 day/ night on business. A Hotel I 've stayed at many times many years ago. In general, very little has happened in some years, at least my room was a bit tired. And most things are on avg. It's a big Hotel, and the conference faclities ( added some years ago) are good. Roros is also one... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for our friends wedding and had a wonderful time. We can really recommend Røros as a destination but you should consider other sleeping arrangements. We called in a reservation for a room with a proper bed for two, not the standard twin bed. We had to upgrade the room, but upon arrival we where... More

Let's start by saying that Roros is one of the most beautiful places in a beautiful country. A World Heritage site where most of the buildings are of significant historical interest, Roros is one of the must see points in Norway. The Roros Hotel sits above the town within easy walking distance, probably around 15 minutes from the station and... More
