We stayed at Thon Hotel Gardermoen the night before we went on a trips to Spain. The room was tidy, quiet and nice. The "shuttelbus" leaving from the front desk to to the airport was really convenient when you have to catch an early plane! more

Just got back from Thon Hotel Gardermoen and I'm overall very pleased with my stay. I was in room 1111 and the room was big, spotless clean, trendy decorated and had a very comfy bed. Stayed only for 1night before our very early flight the next morning. The hotel is very modern with lovely decor. Rooms are very spacious and bathroom was great. Very comfortable beds. My family of four stayed at this hotel near the airport because we were flying out the next morning. From my experience and the research I did, I believe this hotel is the best value near the airport. Its expensive and poorly located You gotta pay for net, no restaurant and no free airport shuttle. Would not stay again. more
As others have noted, this is a motel only, with no food service - except for breakfast (which is extra) and snack vending machines. No nearby restaurants. Reasonable size room and bath. Clean. The rooms in the back are near the main road and can be noisy if the window has to be open. Seemed like a little less variety... more

If you are going in or out of the Oslo airport, this is a good option. There is nothing around this hotel, so if you have to eat, use the vending machines. Breakfeast is 50Kr, the bus from the airport and then back is 50Kr each way. Rooms are large, clean and mostly quiet. more

The photo shown is of the Thon Oslo Airport Hotel, this is a Budget Hotel about 5 minutes by shuttle bus from the Airport. The Thon Airport is the next stop. We were only at Thon Hotel for 6 hours but had a fantastic sleep! Just what we needed before our next flight. Great value, quick check in, frequent shuttle service to the airport. Would recommend this hotel to other travellers. more
