The Vestlia has been refurbished over the last few years and expanded, but it stll manages to retain a smaller, cozy feel. The rooms are spacious, many with balconies. Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip, teambuilding/strategy event. Can't say I agree with most comments here. Rooms (although) a bit dark were very nice and fresh. The Vestlia is right opposite the slopes and the hotel has several different parts. The new "SPA" areas are lovely whilst the rest is a bit tired and youth hostelly. Alas the Vestlia resort disappoints. The service was poor, the bar overpriced and to make maters worse the staff are grumpy. Yes it might be close to the ski slopes - but hey I'd rather take the Ski bus and stay at a cheaper more friendly place anyday ... We will NOT being going back there.. The place is overpriced... more
