I was first given a room without a wifi (223), but was speedily given another room (443) which was much bigger, airy and sunny, with a pleasant sofa group and balcony towards the garden. Førde is not a place people travel to, but a place one travel past. Still, it is a popular place for tourist to stop by on thair way through this beutiful part of Norway. Thats why I find it so sad that the west coast, and Sogn og Fjordane in particular, does not have more of the nicer hotels. the... more
