Check-in was slow, my room wasn't cleaned every day, and one of the days my keycard stopped working. The location of the hotel is good, though, right next to the bus station and with both a cinema and a shopping mall in the same building. My room (standard double) was ok and the free wifi worked well.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Asked for a quiet room which I also got. Room was fairly spacious and in fairly good condition. WIFI was free, stable and fairly fast. Breakfast was typical standard Norwegian which suits me fine. Staff was friendly and serviceminded. All in all a ok stay.

Stayed here a week for business. Rooms are really big and beds are very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good, and staff was wonderful and helpful. Sandnes is a small town with nothing going on after 17, but the hotell is connected to a shopping mall and cinema so that gives some options for the evenings.

I found the location quite alright and the rooms very nice indeed! The staff are quite friendly and helpful and all in all I had a very nice stay. The restaurant food was quite nice as well, and too be expected for a hotel restaurant. If you decide to eat there, I would recommend the Residence Fish soup.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were amazing -- clean, updated and unbelievably spacious. The location was great, while it's not directly in Stavanger, the bus and train are right next door to the hotel. The hotel is also attached to a mall with a movie theatre, many stores and a few restaurant choices. I would highly recommend the hotel.
