The hotel surroundings are great. The insides are worn out and really unkept, poorly maintained. The Sofa cloth inside the rooms are torn and shredded, curtains are torn and smelly,a very small old fashioned TV, non functional remote control, washrooms are old and the plumbing is very very bad. The Roman Bath Tub got replaced by a tiny Jacuzzi that... More

After reading the recent reviews I didn't know what to expect from this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly, the deluxe room was clean, the huge whirpool was functional, and the food was very good. The only downside was that only one of the two bars were opened on saturday night but since the hotel wasnt... More

Went there with family for the holidays - beautiful site. The hotel has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and spa facilities, squash and gym (unfortunately outdated equipment). The dining experience was wonderful in a nice dining room with great outdoor scenery. The downside... there is no cable TV in the rooms, only three to five french chanels.

Received a two night voucher with breakfast, dinner and massages. Booking was easy and service was good. For spa encountered difficulty reaching someone and messages left but no return calls. Service in restaurants was excellent. Buffet breakfast very good. Dinner also pretty good. Rooms dated, need upgrading, mattress lumpy. Location is amazing, relaxing, gorgeous scenery. Would have been even better... More

Hotel and Golf Layout: Beautiful layout with all hotel rooms facing the golf course side. Golf course is beautiful and well-maintained. Hotel Room: I had been here twice fifteen years ago and had loved it. It is true that the hotel has aged since and needs an upgrade, but at the same time this gives the hotel more charm. If... More

The setting and the golf course are beautiful. The Hotel itself is another story, it is old, outdated and rundown. The rooms have dirty carpets with stains and the furniture is frayed and old. The rooms smell musty and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls throughout the hotel. The plumbing has no water pressure and the hot water system... More

The setting is beautiful, but the hotel is a strange place, sprawling and out of date and not well kept. The elevator was broken and thus I hauled my luggage up and down three flights. The room smelt of smoke. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water temperature fluctuated. The food at the buffets was tepid. The... More

The location is great (Tremblant-esque without the tourist-trap commercialism), and there are lots of activities around the complex (golf, water sports, etc.), but the place hasn't joined 2012 yet. The decor is terrible, the carpets are gross. Wallpaper is peeling in the rooms. The tub was dirty and had a rusted out soap shelf. Our lamp shade was damaged, the... More
