Quiet new hotel with nice views. Spa was little bit too dark and lots of people. Could be good, if free water available to drink. Breakfast was good. Room for family of four was nice and comfortable, but not big enough. Staff in reception didn't asked, if we had been there before and didn't tell anything about hotel or where... More

New hotel with high expectation didnt matched. Spa/swimming world was small and very dark, I ranked Aulanko or Ikaalisten Kylpylä quite same than this. There was only 2-3 restaurants and easy kitchen was quite modest, no decoration but food was great in that day. Gym was okay, children playroom was very small. I think all the space went to the... My wife and I visited Holiday Club Saimaa for our wedding anniversary and stayed two nights this past weekend (early January). I think our experienced was partially diminished by the very cold weather - the hotel is at the southern end of Lake Saimaa which looks to be an amazing place just from looking at it on the Finnish map.... Hello Todd, thank you for visiting the Holiday Club Saimaa! I am happy to hear that you truly enjoyed our breakfast buffet. We acknowledge the problem with the guest parking especially during the high season and are currently thinking of ways to fix this problem. Unfortunately some of our guests choose not to use the guest parking area despite the... More

Pool area is quite good, but rooms are not so good. We have old towels our hotel room and room was quite dirty (dust all over room). Room is very basic (for example no electric kettle, no glasses, no iron). Angry birds park was best experience (if we ask kids). Second time there and this was last.

The hotel itself is built really well and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and most of the sports facilities. However I did not like the fact that the skates, which were provided by the hotel, were absolutely horrible. They were rusty and dull, most of them lacking important pieces and the correct sizes. Yet the ice itself was looked after... More

I arrived at the Holiday Club Lake Saimaa pretty late and tired . The receptionist was very cheerful and the service was 100% good . I went to enjoy the sauna and pools. I was in heaven . The room was very good and stylish. It was really neat. The breakfast buffet was also very good.I can recommend all of... More

Despite being full for autumn holiday, the spa didn't seem too crowded for you not to fit in. Washing facilities were clean but having unisex dressing booths which require you to put on your swimming suit on before taking your clothes & back bag into a locker, can be confusing on the first time. Tube slide is one of the... More

In a beautiful surroundings there is a full service spa with lots of activities for all ages. Holiday village still under construction but already there are lots of beautiful places to explore. Spa is nice with symphonical water spectacle every once in a while. Took also a massage in really relaxing athmosphere.

Personal in hotel was very friendly and it got our expectations high. However there were few things that got rating down: corridor was dirty when we arrived and it was as dirty when we left after couple of nights. Room was not vacuumed either. Room was spacious enough, especially bathroom. Just one tip: if you don't get warm water, let... More
