This is an old abbey with a built in modern conference hotel. Our room was large, fully functional with a built in kitchen. It looke dout over a quiet courtyard so wasn't noisy. When we were there WiFi didn't work but I suspect this was a temporary problem. We parked round the rear of the hotel which was secure, in... More

We stayed in a Family Room in the new part of this establishment but I'm not sure I'd go back again. The rooms are basic and unfortunately the beds are poor, My pillow was unusable as it was old and smelled like the previous guests armpit - not nice! The immediate area is not very nice but the building is... More

Very unexpected, silent place to spend a night. I was here during my walking trip to Nice and booked a double room in the former abbey. In the morning I've enjoyed the cloitre, a very silent place, great for some contemplation before you start walking again. The rooms were OK, the breakfast was poor. T

We were en route from Italy to UK and only able to stay one night. What a shame as this Hotel, situated in a former Abbey, and the town warranted a longer visit. Welcome was friendly and efficient, rooms were excellent size, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The hotel does not have a restaurant but is close to the town... More

Nice location. We had a family room which was well suited to our needs (with the use of a kitchenette). These rooms are situated in the 'newer' part of the hotel, though it can be said that the rooms are a bit dated. They are clean and otherwise ok though, though the soft beds aren't all that. Decent breakfast in... More

We stayed here for just one night as part of a larger trip around various countries. It is a totally unique place and amazing place to stay. The building itself is imposing and totally stunning. The room itself was very clean and extremely large. If you wanted to TV at night then the TV was a little too small for... More

It was our first stay in an Abbaye, but we were certainly not disappointed. We had a lovely modern and large room - it was a bit of a walk to get to the room, but you get see lots of nice architecture, a fabulous garden etc. on the way to distract you. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay... More

Hotel is located in the abbay, in a small city between Nancy and Mets. Free parking is just in front of the hotel. We have selected it to visit both cities on a rented car. Hotel hasn't lift, air conditioner and you can open windows for 2 inches only. It was +35C. We have selected this pllace because of kitchen.... More

Perfect stop after a whole day drive from Spain. In perfect range located from the highway. Spacy high ceiling room, well maintained, clean, quiet, Complementary Wifi worked perfectly so the kids could catch up their social media. The breakfast in buffet was well presented in the typical monastery atmosphere . Afterwards you could fill in a questionaire. After checking in... More

A charming and significant building in the quaint town of Pont a Mousson. The rooms were basic but clean and peaceful.Breakfast was served in a large dining hall reminiscent of a Harry Potter's movie set. We thoroughly enjoyed strolling thru the gardens and throughout the Abbey itself. The main oval staircase was breathtakingly beautiful and indeed a most comfortable one... More
