Fabulous building a great location, the rooms are spacious, quiet and well appointed. The breakfast is held in a magnificent room, with plenty to choose from. Great location to walk into town, with plenty of choice of restaurants.

We booked a room for three and a dog, only 45 minutes in advance with 3g connection while travelling. This is on route du solleil, so many guests for one night only. Room was clean and nice. Do not expect 5 star hotel but settle for usefull comfort in this lovely monument. Take some time to see the environment. Diner... More

The rooms have no fan, no AC, and the heat gets stuck inside. Even in the middle of the night, windows full open, you’ll be sweating in your bed. Not comfortable. Rest is great. The slightly more expensive room is slightly bigger, but no other advantages as far as I can tell. If the rooms had a fan or AC... More

For the same price as an 'ordinary' hotel we were able to stay in a place the kids likened to Hogwarts. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable with great views. The breakfast was really only 'adequate' for €12 each (fruit was looking a bit tired and the only hot food was sausages) otherwise we'd have given 5 stars.

Stayed one night en route to Lake Constance. Clean, quiet room, with lovely view over Abbey garden. Simple breakfast served in the characterful Refectory. A place full of history. More like a pension than a hotel, but the view from the bridge of the lit up abbey gave it a sense of history. Good value for money while parking opposite... More

We stayed in this Abbaye hotel for two nights. The rooms are not fancy but clean and comfortable and spacious.Location is close to the town and we had a meal both nights at the Trattoria in the main street which was very good.Really enjoyed being able to wander around after the museum closed, amazing building. Plenty of car parking out... More

This is an old abbey with a built in modern conference hotel. Our room was large, fully functional with a built in kitchen. It looke dout over a quiet courtyard so wasn't noisy. When we were there WiFi didn't work but I suspect this was a temporary problem. We parked round the rear of the hotel which was secure, in... More
