Certainly a functional hotel which serves great for business travelers who just wish to stay a night or so. The room is functional but could do with some fresh paint. Everything is very corporate and designed to minimize the amount of space required. To sit comfortably at the desk is a challenge. The heating is OK as is the television.... More

The hotel is very good for its price. It is not a luxury hotel and it is not located in a great neighbourhood, but if you have a car you should be fine (otherwise you can take very limited buses in a nearby bus stop). The staff is very nice, the restaurant is good and the hotel has pretty much... More

We booked this hotel 5 months in advance and were shocked to get one of the worst rooms in the hotel: with only window built in the slope of a roof, as is usually done in the bathrooms; all was given to see - a piece of a sky. We were too tired of flying and riding to return to... More

A typical edge of town French chain hotel. Perfectly adequate in every way but not an area with anything to recommend it. It's a convenient overnight stop between Calais and Central France. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good without being particularly atmospheric. Some of the areas - e.g. exterior staircases - are a bit neglected.

This hotel is relatively good compared to the hotels you van encounter in France. The rooms are clean, they smell fresh. The double bed is very comfortable. The big advantage is that you can blind the windows totally, leaving you behind in a room where the night never ends, so you can sleep forever. Set your alarm, because you may... More

Last weekend we had our second stay in this hotel. It’s a straightforward Campanile Hotel, so no character or charm, just a room to sleep. It is a “nouvelle generation”, which means refurbished and more nicely decorated. The rooms are on the small side, but there is all you need for a night, including workdesk and a nice modern shower.... More

This Campanile Hotel must be qualified as one of the best in the chain. It showed good management, some of the staff spoke English. Pleasant ambience. The restaurant served really good quality food in great variety. Prices are relatively modest. A water kettle for early morning tea is standard in the room. Good parking facility. We'll come back.

Had booked 2 twin ground floor rooms next to each other. Especially needed ground floor twin to cater for disabled child access. Booked and received confirmation from hotels.com that had these rooms and were definate booking. Arrived after 500 mile drive to find that they had no record of this and no twin rooms on the ground floor available!! Disaster... More

Clean, tidy, convenient for A6, secure parking with electric gate, free wifi, hot water, tea and coffee all for about £50! Perfect! On site restaurant is adequate, you wouldn't specifically go there to eat but you would not avoid it next time either. left, well rested. would definitely stay again.

This is near the main A6 but far enough away to be quiet. The room was compact but clean and functional. We asked for a twin room but got a double, although the hotel was full the receptionist managed to switch rooms for us. Free WiFi was a bonus. Although the air conditioning was broken and it was a Bank... More
