Good hotel and location. Kids loved seeing the characters and the buffet food is ideal for families. The rooms are good although could be cleaner! Dirty shower and layer of dust on bed heads etc Staff were pleasant and friendly and we stayed in the Running Bear block. Overall a good stay x

wow what a trip, just got back from disneyland paris and stayed at the cheyenne. The receptionist was wonderful and helpful with every question answered, never had a problem getting in for brekkie in the morn even when it was extremely busy. clean and tidy quite a walk would pay and stay nearer. ok but expensive. Park so small and queues of adults waiting to go on rides for six year olds. weather awful when we visited so not disney fault perhaps better building it in spain

Chuck Wagon at breakfast - Words fail me - Bun fight with no winners springs to mind. Our rooms (3) were burgled! and our holiday ruined. This seems to be happening in all the Disneyland Paris hotels after speaking to others. Disney managers not at all interested. Don't go there, USA is better and cheaper.
