Hotel would benefit from bit of an upgrade. Fab location for disneyland Paris. Food great although breakfast is continental so not much to set u up for the day. Train station to Paris is 5 minutes walk. Overall fab holiday.

Just home from a 3 night stay in mid Oct. Was slightly worried about some of the negative reviews but I was very content and happy about my stay. The hotel and rooms are spotless and all the staff are friendly and helpful and also speak English very well. We got the free Half Board option which saved us a... More

We stayed here in mid October, I had looked a the reviews and was a little bit worried. On arrival check-in was quick and the gentleman behind the desk was very efficient. We was in block 22, which was about a 3 minute walk from reception. On a arrive to our room it was clean, although it could do with... More

We picked this hotel as it was the most cost effective, given that we would be spending minimal time there and wouldn't make use of any of the extra's that other hotels offered. If it had been the case that all the hotel lacked was the 'extra's' then I would have quite happily awarded 5*; however it also lacked updating,... More

We had a good stay at the hotel. It was a little worn, but clean and basic. The Wild West theme is fun, and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Breakfast was just ok - cereal, lots of bread choices, some European meats, fruit cocktail from a can, applesauce, and drinks. You reserve a breakfast time to help minimize crowding,... More

We got to the hotel having started at Charles de Gaulle. Having got the metro from here to Disney, we were greeted by a really friendly receptionist who told us all about our stay and how to get to our room. The room uses a keycard which led us into the room. It was pretty spacious and had a double... More

Today we have just returned from 5 days at Disney Hotel Cheyenne. As a family, we would not stop anywhere else! We were in the Doc Holliday block. This was 2 mins from car park and right next to the river walk to the parks. The room was basic. 1 double and 1 set of bunks, basic and clean. We... More

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. The room with the bunk bed was terrific. We stayed in Billy the Kid. Close to reception area, playground and trail to the park. We enjoyed the theme and were happy with the gift shop. The breakfast was very European and not exactly good for my American kids. Canned fruit...no fresh fruit. Sliced... More

We stayed at DHC before Christmas. It's a great location. 10-15 minute walk to the parks. But the hotel itself is so-so. There is nothing particularly charming about it. And the restaurants are incredibly mediocre. I expect more from a Disney hotel. So, if you want convenience, its a great place to stay. Other than that, I'd pass.
