This is a village of lots of different buildings. I stayed with my children in building 11 'Running 'Bear'. This was quite close to reception luckily, but it is for the disabled clientele, although it is still nowhere near suitable. There are no extras to help someone disabled to get in and out of the bath, the lever to change... More

This place is to avoid by all means. First of all, the hotel is very large and you are expected to walk considerably from the lobby to your room if you are given a room on the other side of the hotel. Once you reach your room, the experience is quite repulsive: small, tired, dirty, smelly, packed with the neighbouring... More

Third time at disneyland paris and its put me off ever going again. Food and drinks were over priced, gift shops everywhere but wanted ridiculous prices even though i can but the same merchandise in the uk for a fraction of the price.. My only positive feedback was the food at the cheyenne hotel, it was very good and lots too... More

Just arrived back from a wonderful stay at Disneyland Paris. This includes the stay at the Cheyenne. Three generations arrived by eurostar and left suitcases at station and headed for the parks. Arrived at hotel at about 7pm with no queue and very pleasant young lady gave us directions to rooms. The rooms, okay a bit dated, were warm and... More

The Hotel Cheyenne in Disneyland Paris is not an hotel, it is a village. Expect a long walk after a very long queue at reception, to your room. Expect a long walk back again and a long long queue when you find no kettle in your room and have to go back to reception to pay a 25euro hire charge... More

Just spent 3 nights at the Cheyenne, 2 adults 2 little ones, at over £150 per night (even though its supposed to be a budget hotel) you would expect much more. The rooms are small, dingy, and the bathroom tiles had thick mould. If you wanted to make a cup of tea in your room, you had to leave a... More

Was a bit worried after looking at reviews here. Christmas decorations and the cowboy town style was great. Clean room, lovely little blocks of rooms. Nice friendly staff. Could've done with tea making facilities in the room. Really enjoyed it and my daughter loved it. 15 minutes shuttle bus to the disneyland parks.

I stayed at the Hotel Cheyenne for four nights 19/11 - 23/11. At this time of year all Disney hotels have the Christmas decorations up and they look stunning. Really beautiful and add so much to an already fun, well themed hotel. The Cheyenne is a western themed hotel as does a great job with this. It is aimed more... More

Traveled Oct 14 reception was very welcoming they advised us of everything you need, if you needed more info they would bend over backwards to supply this. I stayed in a lodge which was to the further end of the hotel ground, this was a perfect size, very clean and met every requirement (just a base for me my daughter... More
