This was my third time at this hotel and if it was my first I would not go back. We had to wait in a queue for one and a half hours to get our room key-this is unacceptable. They have insufficient staff and the ones they have are surly and unhelpful. We wanted to book restaurants as we booked... More

The rooms are tiny the beds are very uncomfortable you can hear everything from the rooms next door The breakfast buffet is terrible a few cereals and toast The dinner buffet was even worse as you had to pay for what they called was a good variety we had a party of 52 in our group and everyone was disappointed... Stayed at Disney's Hotel Cheyenne for 2 nights whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. This and several other hotels are within easy commuting distance to the resort either by shuttle bus (5mins) or by a leisurely walk along a waterway that feeds into the main lake (10mins). The hotel is vast, seemingly full for the 3 days 2 nights I and my... More

Can I just say from the start that you expect to get what you pay for. If Disney charged what this hotel was worth, then my review would be different. But they don't. They charge a high price for this hotel and they sell you a dream. Failing to deliver on expectations colours my review. We had been warned by... More

Stopped in this hotel for 2 nights only on a short visit to EuroDisney with group in 2 family rooms. The rooms are basic & fairly small but adequate for a short visit. The rooms, beds & bathrooms were clean, there were no extras such as kettle, hairdryer etc but was not expecting these as only a 2 star hotel.... More

We stayed in the hotel for two nights .room was not bad we had a double bed and bunk beds just for two people.rooms are basic ie no kettle ,iron or hairdryer. The buildings are all stand alone with different themes for each one you can either walk to the Disney park or wait for the free bus .

We stayed for 4 nights as part of a large family group. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was of good quality with a very comfortable bed. The hotel itself is a collection of stand alone buildings in wild west style. There is a pleasant bar area and a large restaurant area. Breakfast is buffet style. The range... More

From the time we arrived we were disappointed. We were staying in the building furthest away from the lobby which meant we had to drag four suitcases and two children including a buggy across loose stones for a near ten minute walk! No help was offered at all. Our room was extremely basic with no kettle, iron or hairdryer. We... More
