When we arrived the check in process was relatively quick and hassle free, which is always a positive after a few hours of travelling. Rooms were spacious, had a tv with a host of channels and bathroom was v clean. If you are looking to stay at one of the Disney hotels but don't want a massive hole in your... More

Food - Don't eat at the hotel as the food will remind you of school diners. Don't bother waiting in the queue politely as nobody else does. It's a proverbial bun fight!! Also very, very limited choice anywhere if you are a vegetarian. Oddly, very little fruit available. It's also very expensive for what it is. 9 of us ate... More

We went in February and it was freezing and there was no heating in the rooms! Other than that breakfast was nice, we didn't eat dinner here so not sure on that. All the staff were lovely and the rooms all carried the wild west theme through them which was great. Shame it costs so much as my kids would... More

I found this hotel nicely themed but the rooms were quite basic. We had trouble getting into our room several times because the key card did not work, which was a real pain when we were very tired and still had to drag our weary bodies back to reception to get a new card! Other than that the hotel served... More

Disney's Cheyenne Hotel was our accommodation for 3 nights at the end of June. We had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed with the bunk bed users being my two sisters (27 & 29). We sort of knew what we were going to get and it didn't really surprise us. It's decent enough and you do... More

Stayed in Hotel Cheyenne on multiple occasions and loved it each time! Granted it's a bit on the pricey side but what isn't in DLP? The hotel is defintaley in need of a renovation but overall it's a really lovely place to stay! I'd say it's one of the best theming wise out of all the Disney Hotels! We never... More

I know what people say.... You get what you pay for! Well I think we could of gotten a bit more from this one! The hotel is very basic, yes the reception area is decorated wonderfully with the theme and all the buildings are styled fantastically on the outside! However!!!! The inside needs an upgrade! The room we stayed in... More

Just returned after a fabulous few days at this hotel. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I had our teenage children with us and there was ample space for everyone. Breakfast is buffet style and plentiful although very busy. The hotel is a 15-20 minute stroll away from the Disney parks and a... More

We stayed here whilst visiting Disneyland Paris. The hotel was average but given the price we paid and how much time we actually spent in it, it suited us. The bed was uncomfortable and the room very hot as there is no air con which would have made a big difference. The kids loved the bunk beds though and the... More
