We read reviews here and were worried about dated decor and prison camp style hotel. All unfounded, this hotel is lovely. Clean and well presented, no shabby areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Goofy signed autographs and posed for photos one morning. Free wifi in hotel foyer. Short walk along a picturesque riverbank to Disney Village but regular bus shuttle available... More

I was here earlier this year it has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in....in fact I have visited much better hostels while backpacking. Staff...... So this was our (me, my wife and little boy of 5) first trip to Disneyland but having done a Disney Cruise and Disney World a couple of times we expected... More

I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and his little girl and it was everything we needed and expected! I stayed here before many years ago but it has been updated now and has the Mexican/cars theme and it works well. The rooms are big and very clean. Enough towels for everyone and they provide some soap and... More

Just returned from a 6 day stay in Disneyland, using the Sante Fe as our base. A perfectly adequate hotel although very basic. We literally slept, showered and ate breakfast in the hotel spending the rest of our day on the 2 parks. I recommend going to breakfast early as it can get very busy, we got our children to... More

To say this hotel is ranked a 2 star I was quite suprised I would give it at least a 3+/4 , this was my second stay at the Santa Fe Hotel. Rooms are lovely, nice, big and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned everyday (even though we decided to have a late start one... More

With my 6 yo daughter, we stayed one night at this hotel. The idea was to be close by in order to spend 2 days in Disneyland and for this, the hotel served its puprose right. The room was basic, yes, but clean, with a nice bathroom and Mickey-eared-cap-bottles for shampoo and shower gel, a nice touch appreciated by my... More

Totally served it's purpose and good value for money considering the price difference to stay at say the Sequoia or Newport Bay. Rooms were clean, spacious. We stayed in McQueen block with a... More

I stayed here with my partner and our 5 year old son from 7th - 11th August. The hotel is a slightly more basic Disney option but is a very nice place. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is quite large. We were in building 53 - Sally's block which was at the back of the... More
