We stayed here during a 2-night trip to Disneyland Paris through Newmarket Holidays. We arrived at the hotel in the dark but easily found our block & room. We were instantly pleased with the cosy room, as our coach journey had been chilly. My instant impression was that both the bedroom & bathroom were very clean & tidy. The decor... More

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for three nights from the 14th-17th of December. After reading the reviews I was a little unsure about what to expect. We arrived around 8:30pm...reception was quiet and within minutes we were directed to our room. Our room was Cars themed which was a really nice surprise! The beds were comfy and the room... More

This is a basic hotel but a good base for visiting Disney parks. Room was very clean. We went to breakfast early most mornings and it was fine but arrived late a couple of mornings and it looked like a stampede. We didn't go in.

stayed here from the 9th to the 12th of December with a friend for a stupid girls trip away, the reception was busy but we didn't have to wait long, our directions to our room were confusing though, found ourselves possibly as far away from reception as we could get, the corridor smelled really bad and the lift made me... The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! Tossed and turned all night and gave me a bad back. Other than that hotel was ok. Pleasant 10 min walk from Disney parks. Hard to get a table for breakfast as was very busy and continental breakfast choice was very limited. The hotel shop 'the trading post' was a typical... More

Arrived when there was a 8 hour power cut " to comply with French regulation". We weren't told this at check in. We were told we could use our rooms after 3pm. As it was already after 3pm we proceeded to our rooms. There was no lighting. There was not even any emergency lighting. The door card entry system did... More

I stayed her with my 3 year old niece from the 10-12th of December . We used the disney express from the train so straight into the park. Check in was busy but there was another staff to cover it. When we got to the room I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, most definitely big another and comfortable. My... More

We stayed here for 4 nights. Check in and out was very easy and the reception staff were friendly. Unfortunately it went downhill from there. There is one restaurant at the hotel and they charge 30 euros for the buffet. The food is supposed to be a Mexican buffet, it was awful. Only did that on the first night and... More

My husband and our 3 year old twins stayed in the Santa Fe hotel for 4 nights beginning on 7th Dec 14. We used the express luggage option and it was well worth the money as we could drop out bags at the station and head straight to the parks. When we arrived later to check in there was no... More
