Dirty hovel of a hotel,I can not belive this is a Disney hotel rude staff . Dirty beyond belief never again dirty bedding cold room. The breakfast was like a free for all food was cold.people taking rolls out for lunch due to the cost in Disney.better choice in the supermarket outside.

Excellent hotel and very clean. We found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and helpful. Only a few minutes by bus from the theme parks. As a budget hotel it was excellent and we would certainly stay here again.
