Visited this hotel over Christmas with our children. There was an issue with our room on arrival however it was dealt with promptly and we were quickly relocated. Our new room was better, but still in desperate need of a bit of an overhaul, although it was cleaned well. No tea/coffee facilities or hairdryer unless you stay on Admirals floor.... More

My family of five stayed at the Newport at the end of Oct for six nights. This hotel is huge so be prepared to walk ten minutes to your room every day. The parks are a pleasant fifteen minute walk past the lake and through the Village. But beware if you are staying more than 3 nights - after a... More

Before you think of staying here remember that this hotel is HUGE - over 1000 rooms and is apparantly the largest hotel in Western Europe. Booked this over the New York Hotel as this was available as part of the 3 nights for the price of 2 promotion. We had a really nice room view overlooking the lake on one... More

Have just returned from a three night stay at the disneyland Paris Newport Bay Hotel. The hotel has a bit of a wow factor when you arrive but the rooms very quite plain with no hairdyer or coffee maker. The rooms were well heated for winter. The whole disney Paris was a bit of a let down due the high... More

We have just come back from the Newport Bay hotel, we stayed for 4 nights and I have to say we had a fantastic time in Disney, however the last time we stayed in the Newport Bay everything was fantastic, this time however I have to say we found the rooms a little tired and worn, the tiles in the... The room was very plain. If you need an iron or blow dryer you need to call housekeeping. They delivered in a timely manner. No coffee maker either but that might be the way it is in France. This is definitely not the hotel to stay at if you want to watch TV all day. There were only two or... More

We had a rooms on the admiral floor which was in the main building and were very clean, the only thing was they were very hot and could not turn the heat down!!. We had bonfire celebrations which... I just returned from several nights at the Newport Bay Club hotel. Overall the quality is decent, but the hotel does seem to be showing some wear. The staff I encountered was friendly and the lobby area of the hotel was nice. Unfortunately the upper floors where the rooms are located did not match. I was on the forth floor,... More

Everything was so good! Good food, nice big rooms, friendly staff, etc. Only down side, was that the hotel was soooo big, that it was a 10 min walk to get to your room. Whitout understanding any French...you whill find yourself not understanding evrything the staff had to say. They did try there best to understand something different...but it was... More

We chose this becuase we wantyed it to be child friendly. Unfortunately there was a massive conference on and it was full of snooty business men who have no time for small children who cant walk too fast. Breakfast was lovely if you get in early (7.45) or else there is a massive queue. And the characters in the foyer... More
