No tea or coffee facilities in the room, albeit available if you went to the bother of requesting them. Facing missing from the toilet flush. On arriving back at the hotel at 10 pm on our first night we were unable to get room service or any kind of meal from the bar or hotel. We had to order our... More

It was with trepidation that I arrived at the Newport Bay Club after reading some of the write ups on trip advisor. I needn't have worried. Yes the hotel is huge but check in went like a dream. We had a standard room which was very clean (as was the rest of the hotel) and spacious enough for 2 adults,... More

i stayed here with my parents and younger sister. we shared a family room, which was small for 3 full grown women to share. i ended up sleeping on the floor in fact. As uncomfortable as this was, it was worth it. thoroughly enjoyed this luxury hotel. aquatic navy theme was lovely, and the hotel was very clean. pool wasnt... More

I started writing a long descriptive review of this Hotel, however, having arrived homejust 3 hours ago from possibly the biggest waste of money i have ever experienced - i am inclined to keep this brief and to the point. Poor slow service laughable brekfeast and dinning facilities. Terrible bar service (normally closed for some odd reason) Smelly corridors Shabby... More

Have just returned from Disneyland Resort Paris and we are still singing all the foot-tapping and happy tunes and wishing we were back in the magical land of mickey and his pals. We took out two grandsons (aged 6 & 7) on the Eurostar and stayed at the Newport Bay Club. I had been a little concerned having read reviews... More

We (2 adults and 6 and 8 years old kids) stayed around the area for 7 nights - 3 in NewPort Bay to take advantage of early entry (8-10 am) to the Disney park and 4 in Dreamcastle for sightseeing in Paris. The NewPort Bay is a big hotel. We had a room in the west wing that took about... More

We had a great time! The check in was a bit slow but it was Boxing Day (26th December) BUT the staff were very helpful and we got all the information we needed - breakfast vouchers; disney money; booked 2 shows etc All easily done. the room was nice - red white and blue decor and all sailing motifs. There... More

My family and I needed a short break to relax. We had been to Disneyland Paris before and stayed at the Movenpick Dream Castle. That was absolutely fantastic but wanted to try something nearer the main Disney parks. We chose the Newport Bay Club as it looked fantastic in the brochures. What a mistake that was! When we arrived, it... More
