We had reservations at the Comfort Inn but as overflow were sent "next door" to the Premier. A much better facility but staff at each hotel was incredibly rude which left a bad impression with the entire group. At the Premier the evening staff sat in the breakfast room with door closed with the TV blaring loudly. When guests asked... More

Hotel is definitely budget friendly and our room and bathroom was clean no complaints about the bed or shower etc... We arrived very late in the night and the staff person who was 'working' reception was on a personal call on the phone throughout the entire process of our check-in. However, the staff during the day didn't seem to be... More

We booked this hotel because it had free parking - we didn't want to drive into the Paris city centre as being unfamiliar with the roads meant that we would spend too much time finding our way around instead of enjoying the sights. This hotel was also the only available one for that period in summer as the other hotels... More

This was an average hotel with nothing special about it except for free parking. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the price was very affordable, which was pretty much all I cared about for a one night stay. The front desk lady was very rude, had limited English skills (which is ok, but it was the fact... More

Used this hotel as one night family (2 adults, 2 children aged 6) stop over i.e. just to get some sleep before getting to Euro Disney (April '12) early the next day. First impression on entering, slightly concerned by the strong smell of smoke, this continued throughout the hotel! Things didn't improve, on entering the family box room, beds were... More

My friend and I had to stay here because our hostel overbooked in Paris. It is 20 minutes outside the city so you have to take a train into town to get there, but they stop running at midnight. This means you cannot stay out in the city unless you want to pay for an expensive taxi. The reception barely... More

We came to the hotel from CDG airport, by way of the Metro line 9 to the Mairie de Montreuil station, and the 102 bus toward Rosny-Bois-Perrier station. The bus stops right outside the hotel, at the Nanteuil station, which is nice. We were a party of nine people, ranging from 6 to 65 years of age, so we didn't... More

I have stayed in many hotels of all kinds all over the world but I can't remember one as bad as this. My room was dirty, smelly and noisy. I actually stayed in 2 other Premiers Classe hotels on the same trip and they were very little better than this one. Some reviewers are saying these hotels are good value... More

Premiere Classe is a French hotel chain with extra small rooms at discount prices. The double bed took up nearly the whole room. The shower is so narrow that I found it hard to get in -- I'm a very fat man -- although the small size assured I would not fall. The web site and Mapquest make it seem... More

Before leaving for this trip I was quite concerned about the reviews I had read, and they made me somewhat nervous to stay here, but dont believe them! Having just returned from this hotel today I can say we had an enjoyable stay! We stayed in a twin room, and although it was a little small it was very clean... More
