We hadn't planned to stay at this hotel, but the others we tried were full. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't notice any noise from the nearby train station. It irked me to have to pay to park, after all they need us to stay, so why not give is parking?. The restaurant us OK and the awitress... more
It's a chain hotel, which means it's fairly unremarkable - I prefer small, quirky boutique hotels but I was on a tour and the hotel choice was out of my hands. We went there with a tour group on the tuesday that the demonstrators had decided to call "France Strike". Went to the stn, which is right next door to take the free train to Tours center but no train turned up. We were told that there are trains till late night but the last train according to the time table... more
We stayed at this hotel for two nights recently. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and modern. Since it's right next to the TGV station, it was not particularly quiet. There were a couple of bars nearby, but didn't find a family-friendly restaurant. more
Stayed here after visiting the nearby Chateau Chenenceu. Right next to the TGV station at Tours, free parking and Wi-Fi. officially 3-star rated. more
