Nice place, clean rooms, close to the city (10 minutes by car). Friendly service, suits the best for couples. But the breakfast - absolutely anazing: typical French, homemade cakes, big, abundant and extremely testy. I put the "A" mark :-)

We are a family of 4 adults and stayed in a quad room in January 2015. We had a hire car and the hotel has an offstreet carpark. We used the hotel as a base to visit Rennes. The hotel is about 2KM from the town centre, an easy drive and there is a public car park in the city... More

Our one-night stay here was a pleasure from start to finish. Very nice welcome (in English if you don't speak French), clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious buffet breakfast. At 36 euros per night plus a pittance of tax, the 9.50 euro breakfast is a good deal. What sets it apart from the standard breakfast buffet is a choice... More

We were needing a cheap hotel for a one night stop off on the way back from the Dordogne to get the ferry back to UK from Roscoff, saw this hotel had so many good reviews on trip advisor so thought it would be safe to book. Found it difficult to find and we used Sat Nav. The location was... More

We stayed here for 1 night en route further south but would happily have spent a few more nights here to explore Rennes. Had read the reviews and we were not disappointed. The rooms are simple, comfortable and immaculate with everything you need. Staff cheerful and friendly. A nice buffet breakfast is extra. Only disappointment (hence 1star reduction) was that... Booked the hotel online after reading reviews. We were not disappointed either. Upon arrival at 21:30 hrs. we were greeted at the reception by the owner who could not have been more friendly and helpful. She told us that we could not have the family room that we had booked but gave us adjoining rooms instead at no extra charge.... More

We stayed here on our way south. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms with adjoining doors. The rooms were very welcoming, clean, new furnishings and light. The bathrooms were modern, clean and bright. We did not have breakfast but got something in the local intermarche. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Would def come here again... More

We stayed here 2 night during a 10 European driving holiday and it was certainly one of the best hotels on the whole trip. The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and the food excellent .Plenty of free parking

Difficult to find but ok with satnav, straight to the front door. Its located on a ZA, but the location is quiet. The owner and his wife are charming, helpful and speak very good English. The lady owner was at pains to ensure we would not be disturbed if we wanted to sleep in the afternoon as her husband was... More

The hotel's motto is " the best reception," and it is true. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the price could not be better. Definitely worth my staying outside of town in Chantpie and driving into Rennes. Would do it again!
