We had a great two days here in April 2015. Steve and Sally go out of their way to make sure you get the best from your stay. We had a large cabin with our own shower & toilet. It was very basic but clean. You don't need luxury in the rainforest! Unfortunately we had heavy rain for the two... More

Had an amazing stay at Crocodylus Village. We rented the 8 person tent and we had two kids with us. Steve's a great host and also the rest of the staff. Living in the jungle was just awesome. All night you can hear the bugs and other animals. Food is good, specially the Sunday BBQ. If you are the type... More

The whole team know how to make your time with them special. The owners Steve and Sally ensured we were looked after and ensured are stay was memorable. This is a very special place in a truly amazing setting. We tried the Dawn sea kayaking with Steve which was awesome as we watched the sun rise over Cow Bay. He... More

We stayed there a few days and we loved it. Sally and her partner who run the place are very nice. It was lovely to be in a place where not even the phone has signal. The only internet connection was the one from the owners (i didn't like the fact that they would ask a fee for internet, i... More

I stayed there over Christmas and had a unforgettable time. Lovely and helpful staff/owners, fair rates and a great rainforest experience. for those, who expect the perfect accomodation and as an answer to some reviews here: this is the rainforest and very remote - you should be able to deal with a few but usual limitations there! of course there... We did not stay here but came for the yellow rope tour. It was very well done with lots of things to see. The only problem we had was it had not been maintained and many of the numbers were missing making it a bit confusing; but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish we could have stayed longer. Note... More

After reading a review about the Sunday night BBQ, we decided to stay on a Sunday night. What a great decision! The BBQ was awesome! We had steak, sausages, chicken, fish, salads and garlic bread. Great value. The accommodation was really cool too! Glamping in a really relaxed and serene spot. The room was really clean and I thought I... More

We on on our last night stay wanted to visit this place based on referral. Shame that we when arriving could not find a receptionist nor anyone to assist with booking. The grounds are in desperate need of repair and I would hope the place gets it. Location superb cannot advise on rooms only lack of service and grounds that... More

This was a great place to stay. Chilled, laid back atmosphere. We highly recommend the Snapper Island kayak and camping trip (bucket-list worthy). I can't put in to words how much we enjoyed staying here - all I can recommend is to go and see for yourself.

Daintree Crocodylus is first and foremost a rainforest resort. Our "grounds" are unspoilt and un-manicured rainforest left that way so our guests can enjoy the jungle and it's creatures up close and personal in as close to it's natural state as possible Reception hours are 7.30-10.30am and 4.30-8.30pm and are clearly posted on various boards around the resort including the...
