Excellent standard of accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, not far from Montreux, Gstaad, and Les Diablerets glacier. Food was very nice, and Le Sepey is a very old part of Switzerland in the historical records since the 13th century. The ambience of the village is very authentic, and the views are spectacular.

We stayed here two nights and it was briliant. The hotel is newly renovated and our room was charming. The breakfast is lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was a delicious meal and the service was good. The staff we met could all manage enough English to get by and a couple were pretty good!... More

Our room was of a fair size and well furnished with a very good shower. Although we arrived early we were shown immediately to the room. The restaurant specialises in Rosti with 24 varieties. Having eaten one at lunch which was fine if a little heavy, I asked for an alternative for dinner and was offered "peche". This turned out... More

We spent about a week here enjoying the nature and Swiss lifestyle. The hotel is very good, clean rooms, well decorated. There was not enough shower gel, the breakfast could be better. But the major problem was poor English of the team. The menu in the restaurant is in French and the team couldn't explain anything about the dishes. So... More

We have had our eye on this little hotel for some years, wanting to visit but never having the right opportunity until a few days before Christmas last year. We love Le Sepey and booked into the Hotel du Cerf for two nights. As our two adult daughters were with us we booked the family room which consisted of two... More

Le Cerf has been recently renovated and is pretty stylish with large bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. Reasonably priced food and wine. Breakfast perhaps not as substantial as it ideally could be before a day's hiking in the mountains!

The only hotel in this small village, stunning views, room are excellent. We had a split level apartment all very new, lots of wood, airconditioned, very clean, amazing bathroom, loads of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Room 140 swiss francs (around £100 July 2013) per night including an excellent breakfast. Restaurant for lunch and dinner superb, great menu and again a... More

We stayed in this hotel during a ski weekend in the region. The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of the roads leading to Leysin and Les Diablerets, and right in front of Le Sepey railway station. It was recently renovated with taste, still keeping a lot of character, coming from the family who runs it. The rooms are... More

Location: Le Sépey is a very small village situated on the hills east of Aigle. One bakery/tea room, one grocery shop, one hotel and a bunch of houses, that's it. It's accessible by train from Aigle, which is on the main line to /from Geneva, incl Lausanne and Montreux. Travel time to/from Geneva airport just over 2 hrs. From Le... More
