My husband and I stayed for just an overnight, but the welcome we got was as if we had been there time and time again. The owners were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much bother, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definately be going there again if we... More

Have stayed in quite a few B&b's but this is by far and away the best I have stayed at - fresh milk and home made cake everyday and the rooms are spacious with nice soft beds. Sue is very welcoming and always seems to be on the go but always has time to answer your queries and the accommodation... More

This was by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Lovely large room with a large bed and the most superb en suite bathroom. Sue could not have been more helpful, home made cake, fresh milk in the room and a most delicious breakfast added to the whole experience. The delightful house is oozing taste and quality. Thank... Whatever I say could not do this place justice. We stayed here for a week with our 16 year old daughter and our 2 large dogs. When we arrived there was a welcome package for us and wine chilling in the fridge. The bungalow and garden far exceeded our expectations. The owners were very welcoming as were the people living... A delightful B and B. We were very grateful that they were able to accept our last minute booking for a one night stay. The owners were very welcoming and delightful to talk with at breakfast; they recommended and even contacted a local pub on our behalf to make a booking for our evening meal which was in a stunning... Stayed one night whilst visiting friends nearby. Fantastic room with lovely en-suite bathroom. Home made cake on arrival was a nice touch and Sue gave my wife the recipe. Terrific quality full English breakfast. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed with our 5 and 2 year old. The well designed holiday let was the perfect base for our family holiday. The private garden enabled us to make the most of the sunshine and there were plenty of family orientated places to visit. We would highly recommend Jimmy's farm and Easton farm park. The holiday let is nicely... More

We stayed here for one night while walking the Suffolk Coastal Path. This is an excellent B&B, immaculately kept, with tasteful and quality furniture and furnishings. There was fresh milk and cake in our room on arrival, breakfast was good. Sue is a mine of information about the area and made us feel very welcome. A very good stay.
