Le Bourg was a delight to discover in the heart of wine growing country. The host, Anton, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. He gave us directions even to places we might visit en route to the airport . The house is beautiful and elegantly decorated. There are nice touches, such as fresh fruit always available and everything... More

We had a remarkable stay at this beautiful, renovated 15th centuty B&B. Anton, the owner and his mother were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely and special stay and felt like very welcome and special guests. We only wished we could stay a few more days at this peaceful, beautiful place. There is a lot to see around... More

We stayed here last July. It is in a beautiful region and has a very friendly host. The rooms were impeccable and very comfortable. The owner made us dinner (ask in advance) and it was amazing. I wish I could make the salmon appetizer he made. Breakfast was plentiful and very good quality. I would go back again.

The good recommendations on Tripadvisor guided us to this B&B and we were not disappointed. The Dutch owner welcomed us with a good cup of coffee and showed us the common places and our room. Overall, the facilities are very, very nice. The breakfast is very well prepared and all guests sit at the same large table. Arrival on first... More

Le Bourg is a real discovery. The place is beautifully restored, tastefully decorated and run with a familiar touch by the owner and his two dogs. We instantly felt at home there. Dinner was nothing fancy but very delicious and with 20 Euros very affordable. We stayed here because our first choice was fully booked. Fortunately!

We stopped here as an overnighter but wished we could stay longer. Attracted by the good reviews and lived up to the reports. Situated in a beautiful village next to vineyards, very quiet yet close to auto-route. Within a few minutes of Cluny and Macon, local wine is Macon Lugny, in the heart of Beaujolais country. Typical French house with... More

Stayed here at the beginning of April for a few days. A lovely mansion with a swimming pool and a big garden with terraces, with beautiful, very spacious rooms with bathrooms en suite, situated between the vineyards in a characteristic Burgundy village near Cluny. De host is not only nice and charming, but also a very good cook, resulting in... More

Came from Belgium, tired, and felt immediately at home: a beautiful place in a charming real Burgundy-village, quiet and peaceful, cows and vines eveywhere around the house, and the so kind hosts, the two lovely dogs, the great food and wine, and after that the so comfortable rooms with beautiful bathrooms... sleep, sitting in the garden around the big pool,... We arrived and were made so welcome by Anton who showed us to a lovely en suite room, which was warm and cosy - we were so pleased as the weather outside was minus 8. The beds were so comfortable and there was loads of hot water for bath or shower. THe quality of the furnishings made us feel we... More
