We stayed at Summer House Park as our home base for our travels within the Bruce Peninsula. We booked at Camping Cabin #1 which included a few nice perks. It included a full fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove, lots of cupboard space, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. There was even instant hot and cold running water. The bedroom had a... More

After some rainy tent camping trips in the past, we decided to go glamours this year and rented 2 bedroom cottage for one week. The cabin was basic in appearance, wood paneling, but loved the little details, such as a propane fireplace that really kept the cabin warm at night, water that you can drink from the tap, new fridge... We stayed on site HB4 from Aug 3rd to 8th - stayed here as we had family staying in one of the camping cabins in that little cul de sac area - was nice to be able to have our trailer near their cabin. The park itself is set up nicely - tons of daily activities, nice tall trees, beach... More

My wife and I went up to Summer house park for a weekend with some friends and we brought our dog along for the trip. The location is set back a little from the main road but there is ample sineage leading you right to the main office. Check in is simple and easy, staff is very friendly and professional.... More

We camped at Summer House Park in Aug 2012. We have a fifth wheel and our site at first seemed small, but once we were parked it was great. The park is clean, staff were friendly, and there was always something to do.... even in the rain. The kids loved the inflatable ice burg in the lake. The beach area... More
