We stayed in River Kwai Jungle Rafts and enjoyed it greatly. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, good dinner, elephants bathing in the morning, very good sleep, refreshing river,... no single remark to make. One suggestion : try not to have the first two or the last to rooms as this is the place where the guests jump in the river and... More

We had a wonderful stay at the jungle rafts, we took a 3 day package (2 nights) with a lot of excursions. The guide on the bus that picked us up was very nice but his english wasn't really good unlike the guide we were given at the jungle rafts, it was an 18 year old boy who spoke english... More

The scenery and experience is wonderful. But thie cleanliness and service is filthy and horrible. The kitchen had hundreds of rats fighting all night. The food bins literally boiled with the rats who spend much of the night fighting and squealing. We looked I to the kitchen with flashlights and then mutually agreed to pretend we had not just seen... More

This place is beautiful and very secluded but also very isolated. The 20 minute boat ride was very pretty but was not included in the room price and left us way out in the jungle where we could not do any sightseeing. It was very peaceful but there was not much to do (except sunbathe and float down the river)... More

The RIver Kwai jungle raft was an amzing place to stay, the rooms are simple but its beautiful and relaxing. We had prime spot one morning on our balcony laying in the hamock and they bring two elephants down to play in the water - amazing. Wish we had stayed longer than one night - would definately go back there.... More

This place is worth a visit as it is in such a beautiful location, and it's quite different to anywhere we have ever stayed before. The accommodation is very basic as mentioned in other reviews, so be prepared! Obviously no electricity, but the rooms lacked natural light, so take a torch so you can see inside your suitcase and to... More

This was the best place we stayed at in Thailand. The river and surrounds were beautiful and it was incredibly relaxing being without electricity. You must stay here! Service: - Service was ok, but the service from Sam was fantastic! He played waiter and tourguide during our trip. We really enjoyed getting to know him. Thanks Sam for helping to... More

If you travel to Thialand you should not miss this. This place is just breathtaking. I was here for my honeymoon and I stayed here for one night but i recommend that one should stay here for atleast two. As you might have seen in the pictures this hotel is a Floating Hotel on pontoons. The place is so calm... More

On booking our tour with Tong we knew we were in for a rare treat staying on the Jungle Rafts. We were not dissapointed. From the 30 minute boat ride to the rafts along the river the scenery was breathtaking. The boat ride was fast and fun! On arrival at the rafts we were shown to our room. Very basic to... More

The River Kwai Jungle rafts was one of the highlights of our trip, a one hour boat ride away from the nearest big settlement it is set in a bend in the river kwai, no electricity at all, your rooms are lit with parrafin lamps. The whole hotel is beautifully done in woven wood and is full of wonderful plants,... More
