Stayed November 2014. Travelled with female friend. We stayed at this hotel for one night only on the recommendation of our holiday advisor as we wanted to stay near to the Ewran National Park. He stated 'it's just across the river' which in theory it is, however there is a huge mountain you'd have to climb and jungle to trek... More

Ok this place is in the middle of nowhere and I mean that in a good way, its only accessible by long boat, basically you park your car about 2-3 kms up the river and jump on a boat too the resort. The place looks super cool and its super picturesque. The staff were super friendly too Thats about where... More

The hotel is not close to Kanchanaburi city, but besides River Kwai with a wonderful nature around. At the other side of the river, there is a mountain, with a big rock wall, that is really nice that in the morning you can see the sun rise behind it. The pool is not big. Wi-fi is available only close to... More

Getting to this hotel is half the fun since it is located on the river and is reached by catching a long boat at a rustic pier and riding the longboat up river to a floating landing. Its in the jungle and each room is a separate bungalow with a palm leaf roof and a small lanai out front although... More

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. One had to take a boat to get there. No car traffic at all! All rooms were own spacious jungle cabins scattered in the forest with small paths leading up to them. Nice with privacy. I noticed that kids loved the exploring of all paths. Many families among the guests. Bathroom was also... More

Not surprisingly our wonderful guide, 'Bobo' (Han Bo Thike, I think) has been amply praised in previous reviews but we must add ours. Great command of English, so kind and charming and interesting. A great kid - he will go far.If you don't get Bobo don't despair, everyone that we interfaced with on this whole 'package' was kind, courteous, professional... More

we booked this via a last-minute visit to the hotel's website. Traveling with my brother and his family, making us 8 altogether and requiring three rooms. In my haste, I booked the hotel for Christmas Day, when I intended to book for 26 Dec. Upon arrival, the staff pointed out my mistake, but after a few calls back to Bangkok,... More

We stayed here as a group and overall the stay was enjoyable. The longboat out to the resort was enjoyable as well as the individual cabanas. The site was beautiful and the rooms average considering where you are.
