We stayed there enroute to catching ferries/flights and needed one night near Surat Thani airport. It cost us £10 for a deluxe room for 3 of us including breakfast. For what we paid and after reading reviews, we expected very little but we were pleasantly surprised. Got a 300Th Baht taxi from the airport. Hotel is located at a type... More

We needed a place to stay before going to koh samui. Price was cheap but the hotel is very bad. The room was very dirty, the show was broken and constantly spraying the toilet. We asked for a taxi to go to airport but they said that after 12 no shuttles went from there anymore. They made us pay 800... More

Stayed here only one night, March 19, 2014. Chose this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport. They will shuttle you there for 300 baht per couple in a comfy taxi. The room we got was very nice and spacious. Flat screen TV with some English programming, wireless in the room, although not very reliable. The breakfast was not... More

Do not stay here. We had a torrid time staying here due to the incompetence, uselessness and outright lies of the hotel. The only reason we stayed was as a one night connection (arrived in Surat Thani late) in order to get an early ferry to Ko Tao the next day. After specially calling and checking with the hotel that... More

Not a pleasant experience. Room was dirty and toilets and floors were covered by fungus. Wifi and shuttle announced but actually none of them was available. We were charged when we got to the hotel, eventough it was discussed and annoonced on Agoda as a free airport pickup from Surat Thani airport. The trip in taxi to Surat Thani is 20... More

Nearly cancelled our booking after reading reviews. Glad I didn't. Check in and staff fine, room spacious and comfortable. Pool lovely after a long journey. The breakfast was great plenty choice - fresh fruit cereal and good selection of cooked food. We requested a transfer to the airport which was very good-driver lovely and very helpful. Will stay again if in... More

This was the worst Hotel experience ever! - Extra bed in the room was a camping stretcher - You pay 4 euro per person for hotel pickup and another 4 euro to bring you to the airport. - Service from staff is horrible, we understand a bit of Thai and the Reception staff were insulting and laughing at us in... My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. We paid around 750 baht per night, for a standard room that included breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was fine if you just want toast. The breakfast buffet is geared towards thai guests, with noodles and questionable meat on... More

Stayed there earlier in August for business . The hotel is quite new and near the airport, however, there is nothing much around it so you will need to have a car to get around . The room is ok, clean , nice modern design but limited neccessity for guest i.e. no hair dryer, no hot water pot. The toilet... More

As a person working in tourism industry in Thailand, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. To any tourism business you should not take your customer here! Unless, you've inspect the hotel every time you come in and you must have them keep the promise of (Hotel) standard. The room (when I was there) was too dirty especially, the... More
