Good place to sleep and get ready to move around national park. Food was good and pretty cheap. They also can help you to coordinate some trips around the national park and arrange all the transports so you don't have to worry about anything with a decent price. I really got warm feeling in this place :). Good spot, good... More

Me and my husband had been stayed at Baan Khao Sok from 12-15/3-15 The owner of the hotel are really helpful and speak perfect English. The room which we stayed was really special house on the tree. We did elephant ridding and canoeing. it was fun and great experience. You will touch the real relexzing part of Khaosok. The restaurant... More

This was a nice little forest-based bungalow near the main town area. Because there was some kind of mix-up with the bookings, we were put in (for the same cheap price) one of the more expensive rooms, which was literally a treehouse. As in, a small cabin up a tree. It was pretty cool, but the spiral staircase is very... More

We knew this place was basic but even taking the price into account it was poor value. It lack even the basics and really wasn't that clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable but we could forgive that if they had at least been covered with clean sheets; ours were grubby. The mosquito net did not fit properly around the... More

We had a basic hut for about 500 baht per night. What can you expect? A bed, a mosquito net, a shower that was warm enough most of the time, toilet, hand basin and that's about it. Everything was clean, though we did prefer to sleep in our own travel sheets.

Family place, pleasant location at the river, staff seems pleasant. Unfortunately very bad sleep quality (nearby disco, very loud music until 1 AM), morning scooters and trucks and Thais loudly talking directly in front of my cottage at 6:30. Also, I bought a trip from them, which was very nice and I enjoyed it a lot. They asked 1500 baht... More

Very warm and friendly family who is always trying to help and concerned that guests feeling comfortable. The bungalows are basic (and it is a good idea to bring your own mosquito net, if you want to sleep in peace) but quite big with nice little balcony. The resort is very clean with beautiful plants and flowers. The sounds that... More

We staid in Baan Khao Sok for two nights in December 2014. The owners were nice and organized a very good day trip for us. Though the rooms need some renovation. We staid in one of the deluxe Treehouses. It wasn't worth the price. The room was stinking and the moskito net was old.

Right so first thing is first, if you're staying here, please please PLEASE remember that you're in the JUNGLE! Do not expect luxuryor 5 star qualities, but do expect the most amazing experience! Yes, there are insects, yes it can be noisy at night because of them, and yes the shower may feel more like a dribble than a waterfall..... More

I been there in October, one of the best experience of my life! The place is built right on the river, small and nice wooden bungalows and tree houses in the middle of mountains and trees. The Owners are an amazing family that will help you in every way and will make your journey unforgettable! They will help you to... More
