It was a great place to end the on foot holiday tour of the Sabine Hills. The entire tour was really well done, and Stefano and Elizabeth were available during the entire time. Once we got to their place, it was a fabulous place to relax a bit and do some day hikes. Their advice was well founded. The cooking... More

The owners, Stephano and Elisabeth provide a really warm welcome and very professional standard of accommodation. The vegetarian food is really really good! Usually their own produce, all home made and exquisitely presented. One of our party was a committed carnivore but they did not even notice the absence of meat. The guided tour of the Olive groves and Roman... More

We spent 5 nights at Le Mole for the final leg of a fortnight's honeymoon in Italy, and without doubt this was the highlight of our trip. Stefano and Elizabeth are an amazing couple - despite the challenges of running an ancient olive farm, stewarding local walking trails and raising small children, they also run the agriturismo with unwavering energy... As our final stop of our On Foot holiday walking tour of The Sabine Hills ,it was the perfect ending! Our hosts and developer of the Sabine Hills walk Stefano and Elizabeth were very welcoming despite Elizabeth just giving birth the previous month. It is almost impossible to not fall in love with these two and the history they have... More

We spent four days in the B&B with our familly. The welcome by the hosts was warm and considerate. They even arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. The house has a large garden and a nice pool, both amidst the olive trees and with a stunning view over rolling hills and mountain villages. The room was... More

Just spent a night at this wonderful agriturismo, set in the beautiful Sabine Hills, where Stefano and Elisabeth provided us with delightful accommodation, great service, personal attention, and gourmet vegetarian food. Stefano guided us through the uniquely preserved Roman villa on the property, which he personally excavated, and the ancient olive plantation that he continues to cultivate (with the aid... More

We had a fantastic stay with Stefano and his team - after spending most of my holiday apologising for being a vegetarian it was great to stay at a vegetarian hotel! The setting is lovely with views from the terrace down the valley (do take up the complimentary insect repellant when you are there in the evening!) resting by the... More

We recently spent three nights at this delightful place at the end of a walking holiday in the Sabine hills. It was the perfect way to end off a trip in this beautiful countryside. The accommodation was excellent, the food an absolute delight. Although we are not vegetarians we thoroughly enjoyed the innovative and imaginative dishes prepared for us. Stefano... More

We recently spent 8 nights with Elisabeth and Stefano, enjoying their beautiful property and the outstanding food and hospitality. No question or request was too much effort and we felt genuinely sad to be leaving their (and their gorgeous daughter's) company. The accommodation was perfect even though we had booked late and there were no family rooms remaining; we were... More

After being picked up by Stefano from the station, we knew we were going to have an interesting time. Stefano is so passionate about his work and in particular his olives and when you add this to his interest in local history we couldn't wait to arrive. We were not disappointed and found the accommodation, vistas, walks and food very... More
