This place is genuinely the ultimate definition of "agriturismo" ... It's cut off from roads, buildings and noise; there are (friendly) animals roaming the grounds; the food is 100% fresh, home grown and home made (and 100% delicious.. and I tend to be rather picky!); and the rooms are clean, cute and rustic. You may only drive up to the... More

have just spent a week at this agriturismo. where to start?! the agriturismo is a 25 min walk uphill. it is a steep though highly enjoyable walk. if you're not up to it the owners are very willing to offer transport to and from the place is a genuine agriturismo. there are farm animals roaming the grounds around the agriturismo.... We spent two enjoyable days and nights at this Agriturismo. As described on their website; the road is a four wheel drive only. Believe them. We chose to park in the town and hike up to the agriturismo, but the owners are completely willing and available to shuttle anyone who would rather ride up and down. We are glad that... More

You need 4 wheel drive or to be depended in owner's transportation. After that you'll arrive on 2 km drive on a faulty path. The owner doesn't speak English at all! Room's walls are not isolated -you hear every word of your neighbor. A standard room is very Spartan and overcrowded. The bed is only one and a half size.... More

The place is amazing, its out in the mountains far from the city noise. The most wonderful thing was the food that is locally made by the family itself, the taste of the meat and the cheese was excellent. The service also was very good, the whole family is very nice and welcoming.

Lovely located in the hills above lake Como surrounded by meadows, goats and other animals. Only reachable by a 4x4, so make sure you either have one or you call to be picked up. The hike to the cablecar down to the lake is beautiful. Enjoy the rustic mountain food. Or indulge yourself in the nearby Michelin star restaurant Locanda... More

We went to Le Radici in September for 1 night with our 5 year old and 2 year old. The family was lovely. The rooms were simply, but stylishly decorated with a nice homely feel. Everything appeared new. We had dinner downstairs and enjoyed a lovely, homemade meal that was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a bit simpler than we... More

Me and my girlfriend stayed for one night and ate a dinner in their little restaurant. In the beginning the father of the family picked us up from a parking lot in Lura in jeep. After we got the key for our wonderful room, we went to a hike with the father and his goats. We went to a magnificent... More
