Stayed here for two nights. Our room was great with a good view of the sea. However there is quite a walk from the reception/dinning area to the rooms involving steep paths. This can be a problem for the elderly and the physically challenged. The room was neat and tidy and up to expected standard. We did not have any... More

Excellent place. Stayed there in Dec 2014. Got room on the first floor with balcony view to swimming pool and the beach(not Kovalam beach). The beach(clean, less crowded than Kovalam beach) is walking distance from the hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Excellent experience. Good food in the restaurant. There was also small cultural dance one night at that... More

We stayed in the first week of 2015..Don't select this based on the website - it's far from reality . The interior of rooms need real maintenance ( will post some pics ) -not value for money.Food is bad-both taste and spread. Night "menu" was atrocious - rice and mutter paneer 😳...heights

stayed here for the lattar part of our holiday, was very relaxing, the room we were given initially however was too small for 2 extra beds, but to be honest most of the family rooms are similar sizes sleeping 4 people, so we were given a slightly larger room closer to the pool. the food was excellent, children had the... This hotel is situated a little south of kovalam. The beach is at a walking distance, is very clean and less crowded compared to kovalam beaches. The staff is courteous. I was upgraded from a beach grove room to a mansion and the room had a typical heritage look which was quite adorable.Overall it was a nice experience.

Our first visit to India combined an organised tour culminating in two hotels as independent travellers. This was the last of those two hotels before flying on to Sri Lanka. It made for a good base enabling us to visit a number of places of interest including the southern most tip of the country, Kanyakumari. Our bungalow style accommodation was... More

The Heritage is situated in a beautiful, spacious park - very well maintained by a small army of friendly gardeners. We were there (for the second time) for a three day ayurveda treatment - and we loved it. Having said that, there are a few things you should know (and light heartedly except) to make this the right choice: 1)... More

The last leg of our holiday was at the Heritage. First impressions exceeded our expectations: friendly staff and great facilities. Our room was number 80 some distance away from the main reception / restaurant area but close to the beach. The beach itself is huge but is a working beach used by many fishermen. It was let down by the... More

We stayed in the hotel on the 29. 30 and 31 October. When we arrived the staff were very helpful they took are luggage away to our room, but little did we know how far we were away from the main part of the hotel, which was lovely and has lots character. The walk to our room was a bit... More

Stayed with my wife for one night. I had heard so much about this place I decided to stay there during one of my trips to Kerala even though I have a house there. The reception was in traditional Kerala Style along with a welcome drink. The check in process was smooth and we were escorted to a room of... More
