You have to love Rosemary Beach, and the Pensione is such a charming place. The rooms are a bit small, but you'll love the location (which is what you're paying for). Its not directly on the beach, but across the street from it, with a few rooms facing the outlook that sits in viewing range of the shoreline. The hotel... More

We stayed there in June 2014 and absolutely loved this hotel! Small but very cozy, the bed was amazing so nicely done! Just a few steps from the beach and it was so nice to have beach chairs. The AC did go out on the last day but was fixed promptly. The restaurant down stairs has a fantastic lunch and... More

The location was really nice the room was a bit awkward. We stay on the 3rd floor but the elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor. We had to drag our bags up to the 3rd floor which sucked (uhhhh we dont pack light.......) the parking wasn't too great since we had to street park away from where we... More

Close to the beach with a view from our room. No balcony - tiny bathrooms and bedroom but very nicely decorated. No front desk or busy lobby here- you actually get a key- not a card for your room! The room was quiet - the hotel is small and in waking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach

The Pensione at Rosemary is stark but very comfortable for a one (maybe two) night stay. It is small but the bed is luxurious and triple sheeted with very nice down pillows and quality linens. You will definitely get a good night sleep. Also, something that I never notice but my husband does, it has a chilled water system for... More

We had a death in the family and I flew into Panama City Beach at 10:30PM and needed a hotel. What a blessing to find a night available here. This hotel is directly across from the beach and a quick walk a midnight was just what the doctor ordered to prepare for sleep. The room was as shown in pictures.... More

I had the opportunity to stay in Rosemary Beach for one night as I was passing through the panhandle earlier this month. I had heard so many positive things about the quaint town and the white sand beaches and wanted to see for myself. I stayed at the Pensione Inn, in room 304 and was beyond happy. The view from... I must say, I was very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a cute little inn. Rosemary is so charming as a destination, the Pensione needs work. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. The room was very, very small and smelled musty /moldy. Room was very new in decor, but... More

Stayed here for one week in May after viewing the website and seeing they had undergone "extensive renovations". Rosemary Beach is an idyllic, quaint town of New Urbanist design. I wish I could say the same for The Pensione. From the outside it looks great, even the public spaces are stylish. However, the interior remodel was one of the poorest... More
