I've stayed in the Peninsula a number of times for business trips and have found it to be a reliably well serviced and maintained place to stay while in Perth. Checking in is no fuss and the only extra charges are the Internet which while not cheap, are not the most expensive that I have paid. Parking is free, though... More

Booked for the Australia Day long weekend. Had a 2 bedroom family suite on the ground floor for $299. Considering we had just got back from several days at the Abbey Beach Resort in Busselton staying in a 2 bed, 2 bath with spa for only $275 a night and with all the amenities there, this place is way over... Excellent location a few minutes stroll to ferry to Perth City. Supermarket and shopping and restaurants also a quick stroll away. With an awesome view over the river to the city highrises. Plenty of room in lounge of 1 bedroom balcony suite but we needed to have our suitcases in the lounge as there is no room in the bedroom... More

Pretty gardens, well-kept and complete one-bedroomed apartment (#2), a little small Not a problem for me travelling alone but would have been crowded otherwise. Upside was the terrific bed, downside was the crowded parking lot in the weekend which meant I had to park on the road a few times. The primary view is of the parking lot but my... More

We stayed in apartment 102 for 6 nights at the beginning of December. This is a well equipped 1-bedroom with a wonderful river view and served our purposes very well. We were visiting family in South Perth so wanted to be close by. There is a great supermarket 2 mins walk away, also a selection of other shops and services,... More

The reviewers who scored a room with a view might have been able to overlook the state of the rooms but when your view is in to a neighbouring carpark and flats then there is little else to look at than the dowdy furnishings, scuffed walls and very 1980s look of the place. However the bathroom was clean and the... More

Great location on the south side of the Swan river close to restaurants and bars. Good reception and check in compared to others and decent parking although most is not secure. One bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable but a little tired. The shower was small. Outside noise in the complex detracted from a good night sleep on what was... More

We found this place is a nice place to stay if you want to keep a distance away from the noisy city and nightlife. It's located on the South Perth Esplanade with a magnificent view of Perth city skyline. We hired the suite so can't comment on the std apartments but the suite is awesome, large outdoor balcony for breakfast... More

Fantastic location. Close to restaurants. Great view, especially at night. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. Maybe the only complaint was the walls were a bit thin. Could hear TV pretty clearly from neighbouring room. Bed comfortable. Was overall pleased with our stay.

We stayed at the Peninsula apartments twice while in transit through Perth, having stayed a few years ago also. The apartments are ideally located some with good views of the Perth skyline, and adjacent to the Swan River and it's riverside walking track. Mends Street shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away, and there is a handy... More
