What can I say,, I found the staff to be rude and surly, an attitude of take it or leave it, that appears to be coming from upper management. Room service took 50 minutes!! to deliver. What ever you do, don't get a room on the Highway side of the hotel, the traffic noise will keep you awake all night.

The hotel is not in the main CBD but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel door which will take you there. Hotels in Perth are expensive but considering this hotel was closer to the airport the noise factor was from the cars on Canning Highway and we were on the 9th floor and could still hear the traffic night and day. for $190.00 a night it was ok but not the best to stay at.
