We loved everything about our stay with Mela and Maurizio. Idyllic setting, amazing hosts, beautiful home, friendly and playful pets - we couldn't have asked for more. We stayed in Melizio B&B for 5 days and every morning we were treated to a spectacular homemade breakfast. Every ingredient was carefully chosen by our hosts, most procured from local producers. Every... More

Every part of this B and B was absolutely perfect, including the genuine friendly and helpful hosts, the amazing dogs, and the beautiful renovated water mill building itself. We were very sad to leave (it felt like leaving new friends behind!) and hope to be back some day! Could not recommend more :)

From the first moment to the last, every detail of our stay was underlined with the open-hearted desire of our hosts to share the bit of Italian heaven they care for. I have pictures of delightful scrumptious breakfasts, loving animals and memories of precious moments along side their creek while a variety of ducks took their morning bath. Thanks to... More

If you like cats and dogs then this is the place for you. Mauriizio was the perfect host. He suggested restaurants and booked tables for. He was also very interested in what we had eaten, where we had been and where we were going. Breakfasts were a treat. They made sure they gave us dishes of the region. Maurizio baked... More

Our small family, two sisters, husband and mother, stayed at Melizio for three delightful days in November. They were the last days of our three week trip to italy and, unbeknownst to us, we saved the best for last! Our accommodations could not have been more charming nor our hosts more generous with their time, culinary gifts, knowledge of the... More

The rooms were lovely and the garden so pleasant. we felt very welcome, and Maurizio was extremely helpful, giving tips as to where we should go and lending out maps. Breakfast was unbelievable!!! We stayed for a week-end last year and had a wonderful time with our two kids. The house is well located, near a stream which gives a very relaxing sound to ears tired from the city ! The rooms are very nicely decorated and warm, making you feel right at home. This feeling is even greater after meeting your hosts:... More

Everything was wonderful. Maurizio received us with great warm and was very helpful. Gave us tips to visit beautiful Lake Orta and the surroundings (he speaks english very well). The room was beautiful and we had a huge bathroom, as no one else was in B&B, it was like an apartment to us. It was very quiet. The breakfast was... More
