This was a pleasurable stay from start to finish. Attentive but non-intrusive hosts, and impeccable en-suite room with full facilities. it was so comfortable I stayed an extra night . Breakfast was well cooked and generous. Highly recommended.

I could not believe how relaxed this B and B made me. It was like going to stay with a favourite aunt and uncle despite the fact that they are twenty years younger than me! The welcome was warm and sincere - nothing was a trouble to them. The breakfasts here are cooked to order after choosing from salmon or... More

Whilst Carnwath is a pretty run-down sort of place, the Carnwath Vineyard is a real oasis. In fact it really looks out of place with its stunning frontage. A warm welcome greeted me when I wearily arrived on my bike (part of a Land's End to John o'Groats cycle). The bike was safely stored in the garage where I could... More

Having spent a very relaxing and enjoyable 2 nights at the vineyard. Beth and George go the extra mile, to ensure that your stay is a relaxing experience. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated, without a speck of dust anywhere. No effort was spared to provide an excellent breakfast, with nothing being too much trouble, for these two genuinely... More

I have stayed at The Vineyard about 15 or 16 times in the last 7 years, summer and winter. It is consistently excellent. Beth and George are wonderful hosts. The rooms and facilities are faultlessly clean, the food is excellent. Unpretentious, honest quality. Book now.

We stayed at the Carnwath Vinyard B & B for 2 nights recently and cannot fault it in any way. Beth and George were welcoming and helpful beyond belief. The breakfasts were amazing - Smoked Haddock, Smoked Salmon with scrambled egg, Full Scottish fry up with endless supplies of tea or coffee. The rooms were clean, warm and airy with... More

Both myself and my husband booked into this gorgeous bed and breakfast during a recent visit to long standing friends in Carnwath. This 4 star accomodation speaks for itself and more than lived up to its marketing on the website. But what really makes this accomodation is the special place it is the family that run it. From George and Beth,... More

George & Beth offered a very warm welcome to the Carnwath Vineyard. The accommodation was of a very high standard, lovely and clean and warm. The food was excellent. We would definitely recommend them to both friends and anyone who wanted accommodation in that area.

We have stayed twice with George and Beth Hamilton during September 2012. You could not wish to meet a more welcoming and genuine couple. Firstly, George insists on carrying your luggage from the car where street parking is available, to and from your bedroom. Value for money awards 5 stars. Rooms are very clean and warm. Flat-screen TV, bedside alarm,... More
