Went for the Sunday lunch carvery which was generous but average, although the swede had a bit of an odd tang to it. The place was very clean and the staff pleasant. but was disappointed overall. Some other customers chose to leave when they saw the carry but cannot see why they felt so strongly.

Sue needs a VAT inspection. I Paid rent for 2014 £3500 for my caravan in advance and SHE will not pay me back, she also SOLD it for 8750.00. when the current owners paid her £12000.00. She needs locking up . XX This is not the end.

We decided to visit this pub for an overnight stay after stopping here last year for a quick drink. The owner Sue is very welcoming, the pub is a traditional country pub, selling excellent food, a good selection of wine and beer. Nothing was too much trouble for Sue, and we spent a very entertaining evening at the pub, followed... More

My husband, son daughterl-in-law, daughter and three grandchildren called in Sunday 3rd may for Sunday lunch. We all enjoyed the carvery, there was a lot of meat and vegetables. I am a vegetarian and asked if there was nut roast . I have had many in my time but this one was by far the best, shame the pub is... More

We stayed here for one night over Easter to visit family in nearby West Bexington. The Bull was clean, friendly and flexible in allowing us to have our third child sleeping on a blow up bed in the family room, which has a double and two singles. A relaxed atmosphere, breakfast was cooked fresh for us when we turned up... More

Very scruffy overgrown exterior should of sent me packing before I even ventured inside but in my wisdom I said to the family " it's prob fab they just don't like gardening " I was proved wrong well not completely as gardening obviously isn't a favourite here either Had a carvery on so thought yep that'll do.then the fun started,... We are sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us. It is a sad fact that in the autumn the gardens are not at their best, the plants were still alive, once they have all died off we then remove all the old foliage ready for next spring , nature is not kind to the gardens. But Spring/Summer our... More

The best thing about this place is the toilets... They are large and very modern. I really have nothing positive to say. "Homemade food?" Not here. They had "no mash potato" but were selling jacket potatoes... Which mean instant mash. The food is overpriced but is presented well. The drinks all mostly off tap and are overpriced. There is clutter... More
