They accommodated last minute changes & listened & acted on my requirements to make my night perfect. All the food came out hot & at the same time & the staff worked til late... More

I met a friend here for a girls weekend, as it sits halfway between where we both live. The hotel is clean, friendly, & good value for money. Charlie Porter the receptionist/bar maid planned us an awesome night out in Bristol, & was exceptionally helpful in ordering cabs etc. The bar, although small is well stocked & well priced, &... Arrived Friday evening and had already informed the hotel that we would be dining that night in the hotel. First impressions were great with a friendly welcome, large bright room and bathroom that was well furnished and clean. I decided to have a drink before dinner while my wife was changing and so off to the bar to find a... More

Very enjoyable 2 night stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished.Breakfast was cooked to order. Staff extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Down side the traffic and the roadworks but this is not the fault of the hotel. Overall enjoyable stay.

Planned to stay in Bristol for my boyfriends birthday but due to the hotels in Bristol seeming very expensive we decided to spend the day there then travel a bit further out to Keynsham to spend the evening. BIG MISTAKE, is definitely worth paying the extra to stay in Bristol/ Bath!!!!!!!! On arrival knew we had made a mistake due... More

We stayed here for one night with our teenage grand daughters. The hotel was clean , friendly, and very accommodating. The breakfast was first class, and the waitresses very pleasant even when coffee was spilt all over the buffet table. This is a perfect location for visting Bath and there is a 'Fare and Square' restaurant 100 yds up the road... I stayed on business and having read the reviews regarding noise I requested a quiet room and i had a nice room at the back of the hotel. The room was spotless, well equipped with great towels! I had a good nights sleep which isn't generally the case for me in hotels on my own. There is a small car... More

My family and I stayed at this hotel in order to attend a family celebration in a village near Bath. It is convenient, good standards, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We had cafetere and mugs in our room as well as a bottle of water which we can fill from the fountain in the corridor. Breakfast was excellent, included fresh fruit... More

Tuesday 27th May - Arrived at the Grasmere Court at almost 9 pm and was told that dinner had finished 20 minutes ago, so we went off to find something to eat after dropping off the bags. Without damning a hotel I feel I have little choice..... I was on the top floor and found it very difficult to move... More
